This will let you PUG 5-man instances and search for groups through multiple servers.
It will come with its own reward systems. If you're the leader of a PUG and complete the dungeon succesfully you will be rewarded.
It should be out for patch 3.3.0.

Asking "When" in conjunction with anything that has something to do with Blizzard is stupid as hell.

Isn't that a little unfair seeing as Tanks are usually Leaders?

I hope they dont do it tbh, there are enough tards in pugs on your own server, you imagine how stupid kids will act when they dont know anyone in the grp, or more to the point know no-one is from the same server -.-
Gives a little hope to the completely failed servers though, that blizz still haven't manage to fix.

Not really. I think Tanks and Healers deserve the reward more then any dps would.

There will be no separate leader rewards. Full post by Ghostcrawler:
This was a bit of a miscomm. The idea is that you would be rewarded for trying to use LFG to form a group. A separate feature of LFG is that we allow players to identify whether they are comfortable leading the group or not and then we try to make sure each group has at least one leader. You are probably going to have a much worse experience joining a pug of 5 players when none of them know anything about the encounters.
I think a lot of drama would result from arguing over who should be leader if that incurred extra rewards, as well as encouraging players with no business doing so to lead. Really, the focus should be on the group. The leader just marks (though everyone could do that too) and describes the fights.

Simply put, if the tank and healer isn't good enough to complete an instance. You don't finish the instance. However, even abysmal DPS can, and often does, complete an instance. It just takes longer.
Agreed. The three dps in a typical 5man are, collectively, worth as much as the tank.

It just takes longer. In 5 mans, sure. But who cares about 5 mans? In raids, DPS is just as important. Bad DPS stresses healers, who go OOM, who let the tank die, which wipes the raid. Exactly the same as a tank that can't hold threat or stands in the fire and dies, or a healer that can't heal the tank and lets him die, just a longer chain of events.
The difference is that the chain always ends with the tank dying and the healer failing, make it seem like its their fault and their job is more important. In reality, the responsibility is much more balanced.
