The WoW moment I will never forget was back in vanilla WoW. My guild at that time was farming Molten Core up to Majordomo, but we had serious issues killing Ragnaros subsequently. After our first kill (which we barely made), we went for a night of tries without our main tank and main healer, who were a couple irl and had gone on vacation. You can imagine that we weren't feeling too confident.
After 17 tries, we finally got him down in an epic fight that had Rogues tanking, Healers getting pushed into lava and most importantly, a Warrior with killer reflexes Intercepting Ragnaros midair. The relief after the kill was so immense, Ventrilo seemed like a meeting place for raving madmen during the next 10 minutes :-)
Epic moment in an old skool time.

One specific night I remember from leveling up my first "more serious" character, a Shaman (which is still my main), was about 4 hours of Sunken Temple. I'm swedish, and funny enough, so was the other 4 guys in the group. So we started around 7-8 at night and finished around 11-12 (with a couple of breaks ofc). We chatted, got to know eachother, and had a blast. When someone messed up/whiped us it didn't matter because we still had fun while we whiped lol. Nowdays I find it hard to find a really nice group with that much positivity, that's why I keep coming back to this memory in WoW.
I got one more btw: I remember when I level 59 (post TBC). Me and a couple of IRL-mates decided to do a 3-man "raid" to Ironforge (LOL). One mate was a warrior that was level 67, and the other one was a shaman at level 61 I think (I'm not 100% sure on any of the levels). This is how we "raided" IF: We ran in (the warr first ofc lol), died, ran in, ressed, ran, died, ran in again, ressed and then we finally made it to the trains. We spent a long time on those trains, ganking allys (even level 70s lol). After 30-60 mins of ganking/laming, we got bored and decided to run through Stormwind. That went ok actually. The warr made it, but me and the other shaman died pretty close to the entrance. We ressed and managed to run out and die so we could ress outside. Appearantly that was fun enough to run through Stormwind again back to the trains, which we managed to do without dying! Might not seem liek anything special to anyone else, but it's a really good personal memory that me and my mates still talk about now and then. :)

When my friend and i first started he was obsessed with finding a dragon for some reason, so he told me he knew where we could find one. We swam all the way around the Eastern Kingdoms to the Hinterlands to try to get to Seradane. after dieing a million times and rezzing, we finall made it there but saw no dragon, just skull dragonkin mobs. After standing there for a second, I see the head of one of the Dragons of Nightmare move into the side of my screen, 1 bite for some ridiculous amount of damage later, I decided I wouldnt go back there until much later on.

My favorite memory in WoW, brings me back to the old school days.
The days when alot of people where farming gold to afford their epic mount that costed around ~900g at the time. and people where farming in Tyres Hand! It started with me playing mage and a friend of mine played rogue and we used to go ourself to farm for gold in Tyres Hand... but it never lasted that long until we started killing the opposite faction!
Anyway after a while we find this warrior standing little bit alone next to the Light's Hope Chapel and then we thought it would be funny to kill him while he was in the polymorph shape, which wasn't the esiest thing to do. Think we killed him like 10-15 time before we managed to kill him as a sheep, he always spawned at same location and never did any resistance.
After a day or two we found out that he had written a post on a site whining about people ganking him.

Honestly.
Starting the game, I was extremely skeptical that I would enjoy the MMP portion of the game (I tend to be quiet before you get to know me, and don't make friends easily or lightly).
Kinda sappy, but the day I remember most is joining the guild I'm currently in with my main. I was in Auberdine and ran into the guild leader as we were watching some 70s duke it out versus some horde who were raiding. I agreed to join up and it's been history since.

My favorite moment in wow was sometime during the first 2 weeks after the release. I were killing defias bandits in moonbrook on my warrior when this dwarf priest asked me if i wanted to come inside the cave, and i was like: cave? sure! So i and 4 others went inside this "cave" and wow! There is actually a hidden cave under the town! We killed a bunch of pirates together, with some minor teamwork, but it was more teamwork than ive ever seen in a game before. We finally arrived to this big bull which pulled out two huge axes and everyone in the group was like: Oh !@#$! We died but a few tries later we finally succeded! This was the first feeling of real success in wow. This feeling is what made me love this game, and i still do.
