My favorite moment was when a level 70 horde was attacking Darkshore and I hopped onto my level 70 Druid. Then I proceeded to attack the 70 to defend the lowbie who were cheering me on the entire time.
This I'll most likely never forget this because of how much I enjoyed the praise of the low level characters when I was protecting the area from the 70.

Well the one I can think of off the top of my head is my first PvP raid. This was back when there was no honor system and the server has quite new and there was a handful if any 60s (I don't think there was any) Anyway the Alliance would attack crossroads, a lot. So one day someone in The Barrens started a raid against Sentinel Hill. So a large number of players joined. We all took the flight path to Org, and well seeing all those people flying felt epic. We did the Grom Grol westfall hop, which as fun and kinda bloody. We arrive there and cut through the delfias. We then arrived near our target and everyone got gathered. It was time for a nighttime raid. We charged and unleashed on vengeance upon the Alliance. We managed to take the town. We killed almost everyone and sent the rest fleeing. We held it for awhile but the Alliance wasn't going to take us in there town. Then the people with mounts came and we all ran and waited are flags out. Then we went to Deadmines.
That was the first epic experience I had in WoW and is one I'll always remember.

My most memorable WoW moment has to of taken place in Upper Blackrock Spire. I started playing on release day. This was one of the first runs on our server, and back when you could take 40 people into the instance. I was playing my shaman back then, when everyone of us thought that swinging our weapon was the only way to make it, and totems were always going to be useless. We killed the very hard (at the time) Warchief Rend Blackhand, and none other but Deathstriker dropped! (This item was later renamed
Felstriker
). The best part was, because of how new we all were, and didn't understand the rarity...it started with Rogues and Warriors rolling need, and quickly went to Mages,Warlocks and Shaman, almost everyone hit need! I hit my need button last, and there it went into my bags with a 93...I was the OG Enhancement shaman!
Needless to say, I felt bad weeks later when we figured out our roles, and made our first trek into Molten Care, back when Tier2 dropped there...but that is another memory.

My favorite moment of all time has got to be Pre-BC just after Blackwing Lair was released. Fresh off of our first Broodlord kill we were psyched to continue and try our luck at Firemaw the next night. Our plan was to clear the trash in 15 minutes, down Firemaw in a few attempts, and then move on and farm the other drakes for more loot that week. It seems unreasonable, yes, but we had downed Vael (thus opening his room for kiting), and he was the hardest thing in there.
Despite our confidence, the next night's raid didn't turn out very well. We learned the trash with little incident, but Firemaw proved to be more of a challenge than we thought. After five wipes with little progress, our GM let us know his displeasure: "You're all #$@%ing horrible." (Later I would learn this was an unfair generalization, and the blame actually all lay with the healers)
It was then that a warrior in the guild known for his love of exploitation (he was a strong proponent of kiting Broodlord) offered up a strategy: Through unnamed sources, he had learned that by standing on one certain book laying on the ground in the room before Firemaw you could avoid his Fire Breath entirely. We were skeptical, but he had been right before. It took a little over an hour to explain the strategy and stack the entire 40 man raid on to this one book, making minute adjustments so we were all exactly on top of each other.
The scene that followed may be familiar to anyone who witnessed a guild doing Heigan Phase 2 for the first time in old Naxxramas: 40 people dying simultaneously followed shortly by a whole lot of shouting on vent.

Back on my first character, I had hit 70 not too long beforehand - I had made my PMC set from stockpiled PMC. I got pulled into a *very* geared kara badge run whose healer had bailed. I was teamed up with a T6 shammy healer, so I had to dispel things.
Anyways, on that first run I learned every fight and had my first raid and got shard of the virtuous.
The guys there were all so nice. I got lost a bunch of times and one of the hunters kept coming back for me with aspect of the pack and leading me back.
heh.

My favorite moment in WoW was the bear mount runs we did in za as a guild and in Tier4 equivalent gear for the most part made the timer with less than 15secs left after a wipe on trash right outside Halazzi's door. Never seen 10 people that excited ever.

My most favorite time in wow would be when i was lvling my war.
I was with 2 of my friends doing hellfire fortifications. We were all lvl 61 at the time, and 4 lvl 70s flew down to gank us when we were taking a tower, an we destroyed them. Made me feel pretty leet.
