My favorite WoW moment was actually in the original open beta, when I created my first character who was an undead warrior. I didn't have a ton of time to play back then, but I did manage to get my character to 20 on the last day of testing. With the server shutdown counting down the minutes, I hurried to Undercity to train dual-wielding and quickly bought an second sword to use. I then proceeded to run around Silverpine Forest and kill everything in sight, except for, of course, the level 70 doomguards, infernals, and everything else Blizzard unleashed on the last day of beta. ;)

My favorite moment was when I was tanking as a level 69 prot warrior in shadow labs. I have to thank my guild mates for that, for they were all level 70, and I could not have gotten through that first run without them at that level with only 9k health points. When we reached Murmur, it was...awesome, to put it simply. Even though he was only a 5-man boss, the fight made me feel like I was fighting in the Ragnaros fight I've never been able to do. The two wipes that ensued were full of laughs that kept the group going. When Murmur died, the echoes of his death resounded through the halls of the labyrinth; it was great.
What made it
the moment
, however, is that I had turned level 70 after defeating Murmur. I do not think I will experience something as great as that again.

Favorite moment...
Had too have been when my guild successfully completed it's first ZA bear run.
Nothing quite as chalenging/rewarding when it comes to working as a team than this little 10man.
(However once you have it down it really is a walk in the park for the most part)
Most fun instance in the game IMO.

Hmm... My favorite moment in World of Warcraft. That's a toughy. But here it goes.
I recently got my paladin to 70 (well, 3 weeks ago isn't that recent, but after 3 months of a timeout, it is to me) and having it almost epic'd out in 2 Kara runs, a raid on Mag, and a single Gruul's run, I have to say that it's been a tough time getting it through the levels. I leveled my paladin Holy from 9 to 70, which was a huge mistake. So, some how I was able to sift through my way through 65 levels of difficult times. Then, at 65, I took my WoW break because of some issues with personal items. After getting WoW back, I jumped straight onto my Pally and made my way to leveling it. Through Terokkar, and Nagrand I slowly made my way to 70, finishing EVERY quest in sight. Having leveling to 67 from finishing Terokkar and Nagrand, I made my way up to Blade's Edge. Hit 68 from the quests in Sylvanaar, and ran Auchindoun instances a few times for items and exp.
After those few runs, I decided to make my way up to Netherstorm while doing quick quests along the way. Tedious hours went by after getting into Area 52 and hit 69. But that didn't stop me from trying to reach my goal of 70. Half way through 69, I got off for the night, but my hunger for 70 didn't keep me away for long.
The next day, I went back to smacking everything in sight to finish quests to work my way to 70. After the help from a guildie, BOOM! I turned in a quest, and leveled to 70. And in good timing because another guildie had set in a Kara run which was a hour and a half away, which allowed me to get into. I prepared for my first look onto raiding with my new Alt, and my first look onto raid healing.
Now, with those 3 weeks having gone by since hitting 70, I've been hitting every raid that I can (except for TK/SSC, ZA and Sunwell,)
Sure, hitting to 70 isn't the most epic moment, but when going through family problems which don't allow you to level every day, and leveling using a healing spec, getting to 70 is an accomplishment that I'm happy about.

i think probably the best memory i have of WoW to this point is the day i first went into ZG. not as a 60 mind you, but as a mid-40's tauren warrior. i enjoy the exploration somedays, and that day i was questing in STV, and was climbing the hills near ZG. next thing i know, "Discovered Zul Gurub" flashed on my screen. the coolest thing was that there were no mobs. i was free to roam all over the place. the only downside was having to burn a hearth. i had hearth to loo long before, and i had to run around and wait for it to reset.
one thing that is a good memory after the fact would be teaching the wife how to play. she didnt like the game at first, due to it eating up our time together, while we were both in the navy on carriers. i taught her how to play not long after i got the game. she then did some time out to sea. when she got back, i had to go out for a bit. i had a 25-ish lock and a 30-ish warrior at the time. by the time i got back, i was able to out level her for a couple months, but she beat me to 60, had here resto druid up to rank 9, beat me into mc, beat me to 70, and is a moonkin in tier 6 in a guild that is currently up to reliquary of souls. and all i get out it is to see my pupil succeed where i only fail.

My greatest moment in WoW comes from the very first day of playing, on day one of the servers opening up many years ago, I was a level 10 hunter by the name of Reala and having just reached that special level letting me get my very own pet, i decided i wanted something special.
I wanted; a Raptor!
So I set off on my little level 10 legs and began the longest and most exciting journey of my gaming career. Wandering through the dazzling forests of Ashenvale leaping left and right trying to keep those nasty wolves from nabbing at my heels (which i failed to do, many times) then leaping into the river than connects Azshara all the way down to ogrimmar, i began to swim through those crystal waters, dotted with old sunken ruins and coral.
Finally i came out at the top of Durotar, clenching my teeth at the prospect of the enemy being near by, I crept along the river till I finally saw my prize, which promptly tried to eat my flesh! Finally after a short battle of wills i managed to tame my raptor, which i named Terios. And that one pet has stayed with me to this day.
There was nothing like discovering all those places for the first time ever, when the sheer expanse of Warcrafts world presents itself as one of the most memorable games that will ever be released for a very long time.
Thanks for reading!

When i first started playing i chose to be a Troll hunter. I was always training a new pet for the new skins and such, heck sometimes the pets i abandoned were still named cat, or bear. I hit 58 and headed to Outland. Hellfire Peninsula was a bore no pets that i liked, personally i despise ravagers. So i was disappointed but i quested, leveled, and then trudged on twords Shattrath.
I was riding though Terokkar Forest when something caught my eye. Actually it was the lack of something that caught my eye. Whatever it was, was there for an instant then it was gone. I felt the need to investigate. It wasn't ten seconds later that i was ambushed by a beast i hadn't seen before. A warpstalker. Instinct kicked in and i sent my raptor in and in a flurry of arrows the beast was dead.
I was enamored by the look of this beast so i rushed over to a stable released my old bear and put my raptor away. I tamed a warpstalker and named him Radar. To this day He stands with me in battle. Always ready to charge in to combat. He is one pet i'll never abandon.
