Best memory Has to be the time before BC came out when the world dragons where like up there in difficulty. Me, a Nelf hunter, and my friend a, gnome mage, took out Blood Legion and Team Ice mixed raid, 2 of the best raiding guilds in the world, and they were killing Azuregos in azshara at like 2 AM in the morining and we saw them while we were farming for our guild while waiting to get into BWL. We thought why not? back then survival was this !@#$ so I trapped a healer and i slept a healer then beat the living hell out of their MT's taking insane blows from tricked out T2'd up raiders and Azuregos himself at about 15% and insanley enough we got their whole raid down for about 5 people and he was at 1% dead on. I had like 10 seconds on my rez timer and he was in there blasting his mana pots and arcane explosion like hell and he got it to 2 people when i rezzed when got both then down. Never did we forget about Azuregos well he was goin crazy AE and i just shot an arcane shot into azuregos and we got their kill and all of the loot. They posted so many hate tells on us on our guild forum it wasn't even funny we almost got kicked from it.
NO DOUBT my best memorable WoW memory EVER

My whole time leveling my character i wanted to be 60 to get epic mount, and when i ding and go buy it, I'm so happy that I call my friend and just screams in the phone. Which maybe wasn't a good idea cuz it was his mom who answerd. But luckily she know me well and didn't get angry about it. lol

My most defining moment in World of Warcraft was as follows:
We had finally beaten Majordomo in Molten Core, this was when Molten Core was the final peak to climb in WoW. We followed him to Ragnaros' room, and we got our raid ready. However, when we summoned him though, nobody knew what to expect. There were no kill-videos, nothing, back then. Hearing almost all 40 of us on Teamspeak(at the time :/) practically crap ourselves as he exploded from the Lava around him into this massive construct of lava and flame was amazing.
It was surely one of those moments I'll never forget. I have seen every raid-boss in the game to date die, and nothing was quite like Ragnaros. Blackrock Spire didn't even come close. Ragnaros was really the first time they'd made such a flashy display of their capabilities as game developers.
I picked this just over the first time our raid saw Onyxia Deep-breath. You can guess how that went.

My Favoite memory wasnt all that far back, was when a few of us on our server decided that 20 70s in epics could do AQ 40. We were sadly mistaken. We wiped 5 times on Harbringer before we decided just to do AQ 20. But the memory of us just getting killed and these gaint Taurens and Bears just runnng us over, was hilarous. Ah that was great and a number of us got AQ mounts so that was realy cool since no one sees them.

My favorite moment...
being as it is that i have a combined total of well over ~550 days played on all my characters ive seen and done many things in this game from the old pvp grind to warlord to downing illidan for the first time. The one moment that stands out the most in my mind even to this day was when we downed C'Thun back on my alliance warrior. We had been doing atleast 3-4 days of solid attempts on him and it wass now monday... crunch time, failure at this point was far from being an option on anyones mind at this point. We zoned in 20 minute early to our regular scheduled raid time, we lined up on either side of the entrance to the old gods chamber and i remember i was nervous as a cat in a dog kennel when they started the countdown to start the encounter. 3... 2.....1... GO!... BOOM! my power goes out... i scrambled like a mad man to the breaker box, hit the breaker... ran back to my pc, hit power... nothing, ran back to the fuse box, re-tripped all the breakers, nothing, ran back to my pc, no power, looked under my desk at my power bar and low to my surprise, my big toe had hit the on/off toggle, hit the toggle, powered my computer up, logged on faster then light hearing screaming on vent "10%... 9%... 8%..." loading bar...."6%....5%.. PUSH DPS! 4%..."screen loaded... i was still alive... everyone screaming at me on vent " KILL HIM!" i was alive at the entrance... i ran in... hit a rage pot, blood rage, intercepted and hit recklessness and hit execute just as the last person of the raid died and i got the killing blow.. never have i felt like such a fool and yet so good about myself at the same time in this game

I miss Zul'Gurub!
I am one of the older players in Silver Hand server (which is a launch server itself). Been playing my shaman named Zebrimuri on and off for a good 3 years now. Zul'Gurub, which happens to be one of my favorite instances still, was released during one of my hiatuses from the game. When I came back, my guild decided to introduce me to the place and play a little trick on me. That night, they made me open all the Voodoo Piles. I was of course oblivious to the fact that they Mind Controlled the player.
As if the game itself wanted to spite the rest of the raid, I went through 13 Voodoo Piles without getting MC'd. Unfortunately, our main tank, Astyr, wasn't as fortunate. He ate all the MC's I should have gotten and paid really hefty repair bills that night! When I finally got an MC at the 14th pile, the speed at which the raid "descended" on me and pounded me to dust was incredible ;)
WotLK is going to be a great fresh look at the game, that will hopefully bring with it such unforgettable memories. The first time I walked through the Dark Portal into Outlands in the TBC beta was breath-taking. I hope I get the chance to experience a moment like that in the WotLK beta with this raffle.
