My favorite memory of WoW so far is when I got the last piece of my S2 gear. I spent so much time in battlegrounds picking up honor and marks. I was beyond excited when I finally got the last mark I needed and I went to Orgrimmar and picked up the Merciless Gladiator's Dragonhide Leggings. I've spent a year leveling my druid from 1 to 70, and now she's finally getting geared and able to go to Kara. It's so exciting! :D

Heyx fellows!
I didn't read all of the threads, but, i'm sure that all of your moments were "tattoo" in your memories.
Somehow i felt in the obligation to share this with the WoWhead community also!
My "moment" is when i've decided to become PvP player and quit PvE. Basiclly all of my friends (true friends i mean, the ones that you enjoy raiding with and depend from it), quit WoW and get a real life, with projects and stuff!
I remember it like it was yesterday, (it happen in the month of June).
We were a group of 5 characters - BE Hunter (me), 2 Tauren Druids (Resto & Feral), Enhac Shaman and a Retri Paladin. We've done all sorts of things: Dailys, raiding with PUG, doing HC's farming and sometimes me and the retri paladin we go out to the Isle of Quel'Danas and just simply making havoc & chaos.
But all of a sudden, the Feral Druid and the Retri Pala, they simply quit, telling the rest that they don't see the reason to keep playing. The enhac. shaman simply left the guild and the Resto druid sometimes we talk in the TS server, BUT, its not the same....
When i saw the Project Lore's videos, kindda remmind me "old days", alot of fun was in those days.
That's my "tattoo", fellows !
PS:I'm sorry for my english, since it isn't my main language.
Peace to you all, don't do WAR, do PVP! =P

My Favorite Moment ~
when the rogue talent "cheat death" became available, a friend dueled me, he was a warrior, full Season 2, and i only 2-3 pieces of season 1.
he was so confident in winning against me until he saw his "Execute" hit for 67 damage, cheat death proc'd, and my bleeds ticked him to death, making me the winner =)

After MC for a long long looooong time watching Ragnaros die before my eyes caused a lot of screaming in vent and crying about loot. Nothing has been more epic then that moment to this day.

my favorite memory of WoW was a encounter with an orc rogue in strangle thorn vale... it was a battle never to be forgotten. i was a mage, well trained in the art of kiting, and him of course in the art of stunlock.... the rush you get from such quick paced battle is what i play for. you had to pop every cooldown you had to survive and still have enough juice to fight for your life. i won each battle yet everytime he came back for revenge

My evergreen memory about wow is my first char, a night elf hunter. When WoW first came out I bought it that night and installed, played like 30hours! When a disconnection happened I had to wait a queue(yes, queue, some of u might think i am kidding:)) Then I hit to lvl 26, like other players I was questing in
Ashenvale
but as always there was ganking! I want to add this, there was no
Battle Grounds
that times:) It was Ashenvale where horde and allies went to gank each other and relax.
Generally the fighting point was either at Astranaar or Ashanvale - Barrens border where horde guards are keeping.
I even joined raid with 35-40 people to raid that boreder, we ran to crossroads and got killed ourselves:) We were kinda feeling heroic, some of the chat writings were, "guys can you see how far we have got! we are at their place! killing them!" then actually in minutes guards were slaughtering us! hehe but whatever we had the real raiding feeling at that low levels! I have dozens of screenshots showing the white ground(colored with horde and ally bones) right outside of Astranaar bridge.
Every player I know of joined the world defense channel at that time, we all were alerted and waiting to hear "Astranaar is under attack!" we all would stop the questing and get to the hunting there...just then WSG came out...once again all players were in Ashanvale to taste the battleground!
Might sound funny but...none of those bg experience gave me the taste of world pvp in Ashanvale, you know why? It was more crowded then AV and as unpredictable as it could:) think of an heroic rogue appearing behind you while you are with guards (at that times guards were hard to take down:) so I say...those were the days...

My favorite moment of my WoW career is when I was healing for Slabs as a holy pally and my group had been wiped except for me while Murmur was at 1%, I used Hammer of Wrath and killed him to end the instance.
