My most memorable moment in Wow was when I had just turned i think it was 32, and Mind Controlled my best friend off Thunder Bluff and killed him, after which he called me screaming telling me he hated me and was going to delete my account. So of course i changed my PW and dueled him again, feared him to the edge and was so paranoid he was going to fall off again, freaked out while feared and fell off again :P.
Edit: Also back in pre-bc when we were doing MC some guy called the geysers gaysers and we all laughed about it for days, i know its pretty stupid but i guess you just had to be there

My favorite moment in WoW was when TBC came out. The second it came out I rushed to the store to get it ^^. Once I got it i got on my 60 for Outland. It was the most amazing thing I ever saw so far, whether it was the flying mounts, awesome music, the loads of quests to complete, and the awesome duengons. Once I finally became 70, I went to raid kara for the first time and it was everything I ever wanted. Also, once I got my 70 flying mount, I enjoyed flying high into the air and then dismounting then using noggenfogger for slow fall effect, and getting that overhead view of Shattrah really made me notice how beautiful it was.

My favorite moment of WoW is probably when my guild first killed Lady Vashj. We had been going through a hard time, with me in particular getting criticized as the raid leader causing us to tread water. It was an incredible feeling when the strategy finally came through, and everything clicked amongst the raid and Lady vashj died. Perhaps the only sweeter moment was the second time she died proving it wasn't a fluke.

My best moment has to be my first kara run, I'm in there in blues and greens, and the spellfire set, as a fire destro warlock(Guild just grabbed me to fill a spot), and I topped dps on the first three bosses :D (It was pretty much a badge run, was competing with SSC, ZA, (even one BT) geared people, I'm standing there flaming my little undead heart out trying to be useful, and the BT geared mage whispered me after the first boss(The horse guy, also got an epic from him :D) asking how the crap I outdamaged him, I almost fell off my chair laughing at that point :D

It was kinda hard to find this one best memory cause there was so many of them ...
We have been learning Kaelthas for some time already dealing with all problems like lack of raid stability and morale going down (I gues old Kael gave tha feeling to a lot of not so hardcore guilds). We've been thru different tactics, different approaches, moving slowly thru the phases.
Finally, one day we started getting to phase5. I still remember how nervous I was trying to watch out for all things that might kill me, watching around if there isn't anyone to combat rez and still trying to push the dps. 5% ... 4% ... 3% ... 2% ... 1% ... when he died it was the happiest day in my almost 3 years "WoW life". There was no other encounter that gave so much satisfaction ... not even in what I've done pre TBC. Not only it was the end of the nightmare of no progress and mostly, the satisfaction of killing a boss that requires a lot of learning time and disciplin.
