I've gotta say that my favorite moment in my WoW career was when i tamed my first real pet on my hunter. Fresh n00b just hit like level 12 and went off to Darkshore, Auberdine. I remember reading up on what kind of pets to tame and I saw bears and I had to get one. Honestly it took me probably a half hour of dying and dying to these bears before I FINALLY got one. I used him from that level until 60 and used him in raids until BC hit. To this day i do still have that bear sitting in my stables and I won't ever abandon him. I will level him one day to 70 and 80. <33 Darkness.

There are way too many to choose from (WoW is a game with so many amazing experiences), but my favorite moment would have to be my first 25-man raid. I started post-BC, so I missed out on 40-mans, but I had never been a part of such an epic thing before. I was instantly hooked to the raid experience- knowing the strategy and your roles and executing it, the awesome bosses, etc. Downing my first 25-man boss was the best WoW experience ever, and I still get an amazing feeling when my guild progresses further and further with bosses.

The best wow moment would have to be back in the day when they had the honor system. The night before the big patch that removed it me and a group of friends stayed up until like 3 am to see if I managed to make high warlord so i could purchase my weapons. Sadly I couldn't buy weapon but I got my title. It's not the best experience but I was happy enough to get the title and meet all those people I pvp'd with =D

I recently levelled my first 70 and began farming honor/marks to get my 'welfare' PvP epics. I'd been going at it for a couple days (mostly AV) and was pretty used to the blasphemy of PvP that is the way AV usually goes - Ally and Horde ride right past each other to get to towers/bunkers etc. Anyway it was around 11pm, so getting sort of late, and I decided to queue up for one more AV before I hit the hay. So I jumped into an AV that was already underway; the gate was up on the cave and both teams were down around 70 reinforcements. Being already behind the mad galv/RH rush, I decided to hang back on defense. I was just doing my healadin thing, hanging back, keeping people alive, holy shocking people, and all, and before I knew it, we actually pushed the Horde offense back across the bridge, down the hill, and out of Ally territory (nothing great in itself since our offense was stagnant as well). So I followed the rest of the D down the hill towards the field of strife and as I turn the corner what more should appear? But
Ivus the Forest Lord
!
This was the first time I had seen the big guy get summoned, and it was awesome in itself, but it got better from there. The Horde had summoned their big bad wyvern riders, who were making bombing runs on Ivus and the ~30 Alliance that were down in midfield. At this point, it turned into a huge 40 on 40 brawl down in the Field of Strife, as either side only had 100 reinforcements left, still had both of the farthest towers/bunkers, and had realized the futility of standard AV tactics. It was just an awe-inspiring thing to see the huge pitched battle, a giant forest lord towering above the melee, and a handful of flyers executing aerial sorties into the destruction.
From what I hear, this is a rare thing indeed nowadays, and I'm glad I was able to see it just once.

My favorite WoW moment was the first time I was invited to a raid with my fellow guildies. Here I was, a fresh lvl 60 rogue and they were taking me into UBRS. It was fun watching everything go so smoothly with only one wipe due to some noob rogue running over some eggs. To make the night even more better, i got Dal Rends mainhand the Painweaver Band off General Drakkisath.
