Id have to say my best or just funniest moment was when i had to go pick something up for a quest. I was low level (27-28) undead rogue pvp server in Ashenvale. The item i had to get was on an island....so was a 45 human warrior...he thought it was funny (alli..pfft.) to kill me over and over...well i got on guild chat and got 6 lvl 60 rogues to come down to help...they all stealthed to my body and when i rez'd the warrior came charging at me and bam all the rogues came out of stealth and were standing in a circle around me and the warrior...the warrior tried to tuck tail and run but was of course killed shortly there after. Being the nice people we are we camped him until he logged. Fun Fun.

My favourite moment in my WoW career was in the beginning of level 60 pre-TBC when me and my friends first arrived in Zul'Gurub, we had an awesome time exploring the content and we had the most fun we've had for a very long time, it was just amazing. Of course we died a lot, lol! But what the h*ll, we got to try something new. This was on Darksorrow (EU). Also I remember a special quote from me and a hunter that day the quotes were: "So, everyone know what to do here?" and then he answered: "Feign Death and wait for wipe, alright, got it!". And we just couldn't stop laughing! Haha, anyway that's my favourite moment.
Thank you,
Blorbie

My Favorite Memory is the month before BC. My entire guild just stopped raiding and started running BG groups for the server. We really owned it up, and scored full sets of PVP loot to take us into the expansion. It was the best time I've had, and it was because I got to spend it with my friends I made in WoW.

I remember the first time I saw the ice lord summoned, and while that was impressive and a favorite moment, I really think my favorite moment had to be the first time I helped kill Ivus. It was the first time I'd seen him summoned and we won the game to boot (the ice lord used to be summoned much more often than the forest lord in those days of ally turtles - mostly because we had the arch druid on farm when they got her out)
A second favorite was running ZF for the first time and (wait for it...) seeing the trolls spawn at the bottom of the stairs for the first time.
And a third was a comeback 2000-1990 arathi basin win.

Forbbidenone
My best moment has to be when i was on my main a mage named forbbidenone, I was out trying to quest killing some skettis bird people in Terroklar.
Along come a warrior and a pally alliance, and im like oh **** cause im on a pvp realm and its about over. So I decide I'm going to kill one of them, I figure i'll take the warrior to half silence the pally and kill the warrior.
Well after about 8min of a fight ive had both down to around 10% 3 times, they're both around there. I'm at maybe 20% OOM, the pally is OOM, has burnt his bubble and his LoH, and we all just stop wave and walk off. To this day I wave at those guys and really wish I had two accounts so i could get them on vent to hollar at them.
Really cool memory.

My favourite moment was back in stv on my first character (undead mage), I took down two paladins both 2 levels higher than me at the same time, both whom used their bubbles. I can't remember how I did it, since I should've gotten destroyed by them, and this was long before burning crusade came out.
It was a pretty nice feeling though destroying them.

So many moments and which to choose? The first things that pop into my head are dinging 60 while killing a dragon and the first time Illidan died. But when I really go deep into my mind I'd have to say when I was a young nightelf hunter (not many of those eh?) making my way south out of Auberdine for the first time. Back in the days when I didn't really know what mmorpg meant! Back when I always had the music turned on... Anyway, there I was running south out of Darkshore and entering the lovely forests of Ashenvale. The music changed, and I can still hear it so clearly in my mind! Well, as is often the case with me I've wandered where I don't exactly belong yet. Oooo, look at the cool wolf! Hey, he's running at me! Ouch, stop! No chance at all! Wisp power ftw!

I must say that most memorable moments are when i started to play wow, everything was so new and shiny, didn't know single thing, ofc i selected orc warrior to play because who would want to be a sissy priest or a puny rogue, i even used my hearthstone to get like 200y to deliver a quest, becuse i thought you can use that like portal in Diablo 2, to my disappointment i found it had 1hr cooldown. I also remember how i was excited when some level 60 gave me some fish which he probably didn't need since he leveled fishing :) I most mention one more thing, the level 40, when i got mount and went to crossroads to show everyone how cool it is, back then having a mount was a "wow" moment for other low level players, now its just a extra speed boost you get on lvl 30, if you ask me old wow was alot more fun back then :)

I think I was still level 55 or so, but some friends & I decided to join in on the Tarren Mill - South Shore wars that were starting to develop every night. Shortly after we arrived and joined in on the fun, a horde tauren warrior rode up mounted and he had every size increasing buff possible on so he was about 5x larger than every other player, it was epic. Everyone focused on him, and all of the horde healers focused on him, so it was like a boss fight.

Like a few of you, I have to go way back... this is also kind of a two-in-one.
Despite playing the original WoW beta and having many, MANY memorable moments there (Northshire Abbey, Goldshire, first Elite (Hogger) and entering Stormwind among them), my most memorable moment was the first time our guild entered the wing of Molten Core where Magmadar lay. The music from the WarCraft III Reign of Chaos teaser from years earlier (I later found it it was also used in Shadowfang Keep) began and only a few more pulls separated our guild and Magmadar.
I was a Male Dwarf Hunter at the time, named Whiskers on the Doomhammer server, and when we dropped Magmadar the following week, I got my first epic item, the Striker's Mark bow and Tranquilizing Shot!
Molten Core and the Magmadar encounter was all it took to make me a full-time raider for the next year and a half. I made many more trips through Molten Core and Blackwing Lair and wished Blizzard would find some way to bring the old instances new life. Players who have never experienced those instances, I encourage you to find a PUG of 70's and at least make a trip through. You won't be disappointed!
Although I can no longer raid as I used to, that memory is one of the many that bring me back to WoW time and again.
