I've had so many favorite moments, it's hard to choose just one, but here goes.
My favorite moment would have to be the first time my guild and I downed Keal'thas inside Tempest Keep. I remember the first time we made it to him, it seemed like an impossible task. We spent countless hours fighting, wiping, and fighting again. We kept at it, though, and after a few weeks of strategizing, fine-tuning our approach, and really pulling together as a team, we finally downed him in a night that was not only my favorite WoW moment, but probably the most rewarding victory i've ever experienced in any game i've played.

My favorite moment was on my first character, Feralus the Paladin, when I was doing the Deadmines quest chain. I remember I was getting really into it and having new experiences the whole way. When the cannon blew up the door, I got scared and tried to run away from Smite's investigators!... but realized afterwards that I was just having a noob moment. I almost felt like I was doing something wrong when I was helping kill Van Cleef just because I knew he got screwed over and over by Stormwind, and now I was kicking his ass for them. To this day, every time I hear that Deadmines music a wash of emotion comes over me and makes me long for the past where I wasn't aware of all the MC end-game bullcrap and stress that was going on around me. Those emotional flashbacks seem to happen a lot more lately now that I've been spending a lot more time in Azeroth....
And that's why I deserve to win and you all deserve to lose! :D

I would have to say my best moment in WoW was back in December 2006 I was in a raiding guild that was fighting against the evil in which was Naxxramas, we moved swiftly through the rest of the instance and it was getting closer and closer to the release of The Burning Crusade and one of the aims of our guild was to clear the instance before Christmas, we worked really hard and pushed to kill Sapphiron and had 2 weeks before Christmas. All we had to do was clear our instance and start on Kel'Thuzad (Doesnt sound too bad) but in the first week we cleared up to everything but 4 Horsemen, and when it came to fight the 4 Horsemen they were bugged and we ticketed a GM everyday until the next reset but they were unsuccessful in fixing our problem, so we had 1 week to speed through everything, kill Sapphiron in which we had only done once before and then learn and kill Kel'Thuzad, Sapphiron got one shotted! then our first day on KT we pushed and stayed up until about 2am learning and learning, the next day we the day before Christmas Eve, so we didn't have a long time and we knew that our raiders wouldn't want to raid on Christmas Eve, so tonight was our last chance to achieve our goal.
The night started off badly, with us only able to get about 25-30 people from our actual guild. in Desperation we asked a fellow friendly guild of the server who were taking a break from raiding over the Christmas holiday and had only cleared about half of the instance with their own guild. We took these people to our raid and started progressing into deep phase 2 and things started to come together, at about midnight we started hitting the low % wipes but the flasks were running low and consumables people had were getting drained also, luckily our guild bank was quite wealthy and bought everyone a few flask of the titans (if you aren't sure of the scale of this, raids were 40 men and 2 flasks each would of cost a hell of a lot of gold). We all flasked up in hope of a few more attempts before the goal was out of reach. We started an attempt at roughly 2:50am on Christmas Eve intending to be one of our last, the attempt was going perfect, no deaths up to the 45% zerg phase, we start the zerg with everyone nuking and pushing to the max, unfortunately the Spiders kept breaking and started picking off our healers, the excitement running through everyone was at it's peak, with half the raid dead and the rest severely wounded we managed to bring the boss down at 3:01am on Christmas Eve, best night I've ever had playing WoW, strictly because of the extend of what we actually managed!
That was the first and only time we managed to kill Kel'Thuzad, i guess thats why i meant so much to me.

Well i gotta say the first time i saw Gruul was the greatest moment....
Seeing the big guy standing there slamming hes fist in the ground was just awe Inspirering.
I had never raided before Burning crusade so i had never sean all the big guys in MC and Naxx, Kara wasent very inspiring and High King was like stupdly small as he got hes company, so that guy was my first really big boss and it means the world to me.

My favourite moment in WoW goes all the way back to the first time I played the game. I remember entering Stormwind city for the first time and just being overwhelmed by the musical score. I was so overwhelmed that I waited many many levels before I finally mustered up the courage to explore the city past the gates because at first glance it seemed like such a gigantic city. From thereon I was hooked to the game.
