[Consistency] Back armor being Cloth

On Wowhead, cloaks (armor for the back slot) are found in the Cloth section. However, I think they are what used to be Miscellaneous items and should therefore get a section of their own, like Trinkets.
The reason why they are not Cloth is best made clear with an example:
Achromic Trousers of the Naaru
Binds when picked up
Legs Cloth
Ancient Spellcloak of the Highborne
Binds when picked up
Back
The first has 'Cloth' in it's description, but the cloak doesn't have it. Back items are the only items in the Cloth section that don't have a 'Cloth' tag. Also notice cloaks don't have durability, unlike (again) all other items in the section.
Trinkets are the same, they don't have an extra tag nor durability:
Uniting Charm
Binds when picked up
Trinket
So, if cloaks are Cloth, then all Trinkets, Rings, Amulets, Relics and Off-hand Frills are also Cloth, and I think most people agree that Rings are not really made of cloth in most cases. Therefore, I think cloaks should have their own section.

I agree, let's take those cloaks out of the Cloth category and put them in their own, new category!

Well, you might've noticed that cloaks are found under armor - cloth - back in the AH as well. That's just the way how Blizzards categorizes them. However, I have to agree that it is kinda inconsistent and weird.

I think 2.3 is re-categorizing some stuff on the AH including Back items. It's either 2.3 or Slouken said something about 2.4.

Well, technically there are no Plate Back items. Erm, luckily, even.
At least now there's no empty Back category in Plate :).

I see no problem with them being listed as cloth here because they ARE cloth in game.
Why stray from the terminology based in game? That just means you need to spend more time translating from the database to the game and vice versa.
Wowhead should reflect World of Warcraft as closely as it can I think.
"So, if cloaks are Cloth, then all Trinkets, Rings, Amulets, Relics and Off-hand Frills are also Cloth, and I think most people agree that Rings are not really made of cloth in most cases. Therefore, I think cloaks should have their own section."
this doesn't make sense to me at all because cloaks are made from cloth
and therefore: should in the cloth section.

Leatherworkers can craft around half a dozen cloaks.

Amidst the argument there's no denying that the overall solution is a category named simply, "Cloaks."

I don't see why you think so strongly that back items are cloth in game, is it because they are all made of the material cloth or because the AH listed them as cloth, which will be corrected in 2.3 as it seems?

2.3 does in fact clean up a lot of the AH categories, but cloaks are still under cloth.
As far as the game goes, leather and cloth of some sort are the only raw clothing material used to create cloaks, I think. There's no ore in the absence of leather or cloth.
So, cloaks are pretty unequivocally cloth. However, considering that cloaks can have enhanced armor and stats that a "cloth-wearer" wouldn't wear, I think it certainly merits the movement into a Cloaks or Back category that is separate from the armor proficiency categories.

and cloth is a sometimes a reagent, and the cloaks they make are cloth. saying anything a leatherworker makes is leather is... stupid, look at all the shaman/hunter gear they can also make.
once again, wowhead should reflect wow. If blizzard makes cloaks misc then do it here, if they keep cloaks as cloth then please don't change it from how the game works.
