Well. Lets see. Rogues and warriors (wannaberogues) excell at one-target DPS. Warlocks excell at CC and DPS.
As a warrior, you'll be asked to tank instances, most likely.
As a Rogue, you'll be asked to DPS and Sap.
As a Warlock, you'll be asked to DPS and create stones.
Depending on your tastes, take one. Warrior = DPS-madness in plate. Rogue = DPS-madness from the shadows, and Warlocks = DPS-madness and "pheer me"-abilities.

Either of those classes are fine for dps in pvp and pve the only thing is if you choose to be a warrior, it'll be hard to find a group as dps because most people will expect you to tank. This could be good or bad because you could have the option of dpsing in pvp and tanking in pve, the only side-effects of this are having to keep up with two sets of armor, and having to deal with respec costs, but you wouldn't ever be bored because there would always be something to do. I have a 70 rogue and although I love it, sometimes I wish I would have rolled warrior just because of the survivability of plate, and having the option to tank if I wanted to try it out.

Well if you ever feel like tanking again for some strange reason, you'll still be able to if you're a warrior but there's no way to if you're a rogue.

That's a... tiresome way to do it. Just log in and do a /roll 9, since you can be every class nowadays.

For PvE, Tanks are at an extreme premium. Healers can be found, but then again, 4 classes can Heal. Warriors don't have much survivability unless they have a pocket healer. Rogues arguably have much more survivability due to their ability to control the fight.
Let's get one thing straight, though. Overwhelmingly, there are waaay too many warlocks, mages, hunters, and dps warriors. These Warriors spend all of their time PvPing. Rogues are numerous as well, but nowhere near as much as the above.
Be different. Roll a Boomkin, Protection Paladin, Enhancement Shaman, or a Disc/Holy Priest.
