Caverns of Time: By Demons Be Driven
- There are two phases to this instance, the first is helping protect Jaina Proudmoore and her mages as they set up a protective sheild around their and Thrall's bases. The second part has you escorting Thrall and a small enontorough (spelling) through massive ammount of Fel Orc encampmets to Grom Hellscream. After you capture Hellscream's Soul you must escort Thrall back to the Circle of Power so he can be purified of the demons taint. You are disguesed as humans and orcs for each phases of this instance repectively (unless you are either Human, Gnome, Dwarf, Orc, Troll or Tauren).
- Once you succesfully defend Jaina and her mages from about 12 waves of Fel Orcs and Demons as well as a boss you switch over to the escort, you are allowed to mount in this instance so moving from area to area will go by quickly, another boss will be met during the trek. After you reach Grom you will have to defeat him, and then loot a nearby chest while Thrall "catches his breath." You must then escort him back to his camp, at which you must fight minions of the infinite Dragon Flight and the final boss of the instance.

Caverns of time - the sundering of the sunwell.
You start off going back in time to the sunwell, disguised as scourge following Arthas on his way to the sunwell. The instance would be part escort part wave killing.
Phase 1 - Escort arthas to the sunwell, on this part you would battle your way through a load of high elves in an attempt to reach the sunwell. after killing one or two bosses you would reach the well when suddenly an infinite appears *boss fight*
Phase 2 - defend Arthas while he destroys the sunwell, similar to VH/BM you would have to counter a lot of waves and one more boss before arthas is nearly complete smashing in the elves source of power. Then BOOM *the final boss appears* this would either be 1. A blood knight champion of sorts 2. a high magister of sorts OR 3. A tough infinate.
i reckon that would be a fun instance to run.

I'd prefer if the Caverns of Time remained central to the theme of the WoLK expansion.
Either that or
finally
letting players interact with old world areas still not implemented such as:
Uldum
-
There is very little known about this area, but there's a ton of speculation at WoWwiki, particularly how the gates look like they were designed to *keep something inside* and that, judging from the gates themselves, whatever it was escaped. This would fit well following the release of Ulduar, especially if Blizzard actually added the missing *Discs of Uldum* as a drop from the raid. Perhaps a CoT instance could be made regarding whatever it was that (might have) escaped from inside.
Grim Batol
- A vast, mostly underground fortress that has often changed hands (from dwarves to orcs to dragonflights) and rumored to hold some sort of "ancient power," Grim Batol seems steeped in lore. According to WoWwiki, Deathwing himself resides in it's depths (taken from the novel "Night of the Dragon"). With all the action regarding the dragonflights in Northrend, adding Grim Batol as a raid (or perhaps as a Caverns of Time for when the red dragonflight conquered it from the orcs) would be pretty cool.

I'd really love the idea of ensuring the attack on Sunwell succeeds - which did not destroy it, it was only tainted by necromantic energies from the resurrection of Kel'thuzad, but eventually destroyed by efforts of Kael'thas to save the survivors from corruption (ironic, huh?).
I actually think it's one of the more feasible ones to see some day. There'd be at least few bosses easily thinkable; Obviously Sylvanas Windrunner as her high elf-self, and I understood that the
last king of the high elves
died as well, altough we didn't see him in WCIII, so we could possibly see him as a boss as well. And since of course not all bosses need to be killed, we could fight some other less famous high/blood elves, forcing them to retreat or join our cause, like Dar'khan drathir. Obviously there'd be an infinite dragonflight boss somewhere - my brain came up with a thought that they'd discreetly aid Sylvanas in defence, and that before Sylvanas can be defeated we'd have to dispose of a dragon/dragonkin boss first.

This, I think its a great idea :)

A battle from the future would be a nice change.
Assuming there is going to be another RTS, some lore from that would be sweet :)

I would love the Battle of Blackrock Mountain back from the Second War, when all the old heroes fought against each other. It doesn't matter which players' faction it is, the lore in this part of history is very little-known.
Also, the "Summoning" of Ragnaros would have been cool. I love to see old places before they changed (Old stratholme, and Durnholde)
