Not the most efficient possible but it should work
#showtooltip
/petattack
/castsequence Haunt, Corruption, Curse of Agony, Unstable Affliction

I actually prefer to alternate the spells with casting time with the instants and put a wand shoot at the end so I can DPS while the DOTs are still ticking without burning too much mana. I use TWO macros...one on actionbar 1:
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=target Haunt,Unstable Affliction,Shoot
/changeactionbar 2
/stopmacro
/petattack
and the other on actionbar 2, in the same slot:
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=target Corruption,Curse of Agony,Shoot
/changeactionbar 1
/stopmacro
/petattack
Don't want to sic the pet before any of the spells go off, so it waits til you're in combat to send your pet at your target. To reset the macro to always start with Haunt, simply tap the macro slot if it's on Corruption before targetting an enemy. The advantage to this approach is, it doesn't get "stuck" if Haunt is on cooldown...you can still stack your instants while waiting for Haunt to come back.

While RedwoodElf's macro is interesting, Breadzilla's might have a syntax error with the reset tag. Here's how the macro should look based on your criteria listed:
Open macros, select the "?" icon from the list, name it whatever you want. In the field paste this:
#showtooltip
/petattack
/castsequence reset=target Haunt,Corruption,Curse of Agony,Unstable Affliction
Things to know:
Spell names must be spelled correctly and properly capitalized in order for the macro to function. So either copy and paste as stated, Shift-click the spell from the Spellbook, or if you type it out, make sure they are correct. Having the spell name without the (Rank X) will always cast the highest rank of the spell; Something to consider if you made a macro while leveling, having Shift-clicked the name of the spell from the Spellbook while it was Rank 9 and you now use Rank 12.

Folks-
I am also having trouble with a castsequence macro (this is a learning exercise, so I don't need to know if this is a dumb sequence, or that I should be using Arcane) ...
/castsequence Living Bomb, Pyroblast;Scorch, Pyroblast;Scorch, Pyroblast;Scorch, Pyroblast;Scorch, Pyroblast;Scorch
Gives a system message "Unknown macro option: reset=target" and always casts Pyroblast
If I remove the , the macro will cast either Pyroblast or Scorch--depending on the shift key--but will not cast Living Bomb.
Have I missed something that should be obvious?

You can't use modifiers like that... they either apply to the entire cast sequence section, or nothing. (ie. /castsequence blah, blah, blah; blah, blah, blah; blah, blah, blah)
If you could clarify the order and conditions you want to cast your spells, I may be able to help a little more, but your macro could be attempting to do any number of things given the way it's written :P

You can't use modifiers like that... Okay.. that explains why it doesn't work.
If you could clarify the order and conditions you want to cast your spells, I may be able to help a little more, but your macro could be attempting to do any number of things given the way it's written :PMostly, I was trying to understand the syntax of macros...the idea behind this particular exercise was that it would cast Living Bomb, then 5 scorch...except that, if "Hot Streak" came up, I could hold down a modifier and cast Pyroblast instead.

#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=target Pyroblast; reset=target Living Bomb, Scorch, Scorch, Scorch, Scorch, Scorch
Should be what you're looking for... I don't really work with cast sequence that much, so something might not be 100% right there :3

Should be what you're looking for...Yes, it works exactly as expected...and helps me understand the castsequence better. Thanks.

reset=target does not go in brackets. use reset=target and not
In addition, you cannot give conditions to individual items in a list. Each list must be separated from other lists by a semicolon.
/castsequence Pyroblast;reset=target Living Bomb,Scorch,Scorch,Scorch,Scorch,Scorch
Is that what you're looking for? Pyroblast only with shift held down, otherwise Living Bomb followed by 5 scorches?
