The Etheral's are the ultimate mercs, if the Naaru compenstated them, they might join.
I would think this goes for the ol' Gobbies too, maybe not the ultimate mercs part, but they're always lookin to line their pockets.
But then, how does a being of essentially pure light compensate? Hrmm... gonna have to think about that one.
Just need to see what else Blizzard pulls out of their magical hat's for other races.
Definitely. Ever since WC3 I've wanted to see more development with the centaur and the gnolls. I know they may not end up on the right side of things, but I would still like to see them brought up as more than just savages.
And, this is coming from a personal love of animal-like beings, I've wanted to see Leonin and Luxodon in a game since I built my first Mirrodin MTG deck. Don't play MTG anymore but I still love the idea of Lion-people and Elephant-people races.
I kinda get tired of the werewolfesque stuff though. Worgen are okay, and I wouldn't mind if they got put in, but that theme gets old after awhile in my opinion. And I got too much of the Trandoshan when I played SWG, so I could care less about Naga too. They're okay, but I probably wouldn't play one.

Actually the compensation is easy for the Etheral's, offer up Naaru tech or a new homeworld seeing as the Void creatures ate the old one.

I hadn't thought of that one. But where would the Naaru pull the homeworld from? I don't think they'd like any of the Legion conquered ones, and I don't see them as wanting to live with other races, they don't seem to like Outland at all.

I'm sure there are uninhabited worlds where beings of energy would enjoy living.

That's possible, but then it begs the question, would the Naaru want to interfere with an undeveloped world?

Hmm, Ever heard of then in face of a greater enemy, your enemies enemy is your friend.
I think the goblin would fight with alliance/horde and same for many other evil races in Azeroth due they want also not to be destroyed;) The completly insane ones would probarly not but i think the Nagas would help defending parts of their terroritory aka well of eternity(It still exist in one form due the Vortex is still powered up).

That's just it though, the Goblins don't really have any enemies. It would be "Whoever can pay me more: wins." And they wouldn't be likely to take the "You could have (insert amount) of power and fortune... if you only join us." that the Legion would offer. They would want the cold hard cash right then, right there, and the Alliance and Horde would be able to provide it.
While it's possible that the Naga may help, it's not likely. I mean they are all kinda crazy.
The bends
will do that to ya, I guess. Unless Blizz gives us one more of those rogue factions that go against what the rest of the race does that is.

"We" didnt defeat Sargeras or Archimonde, Khadgar/Lothar and Malfurion and the 3rd war army killed them. As for Kil'jaeden all we did there was stop him from coming through a portal to our world, he's still out their plotting revenge. Not to mention the big mystery surronding the Lord of the Legion: Is what Medivh's mother fought the actual demon lord or was it an avatar? If it's an avatar, means the true lord is still running around out there. If it was him, Sargeras's spirit is still out there somewhere, regaining his strenght.
