Did you actually confirm that to work, before copy-pasting it, because I did try it out a few week back... and it didn't work for me.

The problem is that when the macro is executed, the setautolootdefault(0) is fired too soon since casting a spell requires time (latency). So you end up doing it all right but the loot is set to default 0 before the loot window is popped up.
You can avoid such by making it something like this:
#showtooltip
/run for i=1,GetNumLootItems() do LootSlot(i); end
/cast Pick Pocket
At least it works for my Fishing macro witch suffered from the same problem (the auto loot setting itself to 0 too early). :P Anyway hope it works for you now.

You need to include the /stopcasting bit to make it work, so it has to look like this:
/stopcasting
/script SetAutoLootDefault(1)
/cast Pick Pocket
/script SetAutoLootDefault(0)
/stopcasting

I did in the past when I posted it for someone else and it worked then. Didn't test it before my post here. I normally run with Auto-loot on.

Automatically turns on Autoloot when you stealth, turns it off when you leave stealth
I've used this addon for a very long time, works wonders.
