It depends on your crit rate, i find 40% quite enough, but maxing it out would help.
It does depend on the crit rate but in very little amount. The equation where x is a chance of proccing cobra strikes is as follows: x = crit rate * (cobrastrikes talent points *20%). (excluded per second so i dont count haste in the equation). You are trying to say that your crit rate can compete with 20% chance per 1 talent point?
Also notice that unlike other crit rate based abilities which provide some kind of buffs over time this is an instant ability. You can have 100% crit rate and maximized cobra strikes and still not have any cobra strike proc during 10seconds. Maximising it all helps your luck.
from recount, #1 dmg is auto, #2 is arcane
If you have Arcane shot higher than Steady you are doing something wrong.
besides there is 2 spare points in my build, i put them in spirit bond for farming
There is no such thing as spare points in pve hunter build.

2/2 GftT is not needed on patchwerk.
However, when movement becomes a normal thing, 2/2 is worth it. Not to mention that on spreadsheet, you'll never have big spaces with no crits, as it with everything averaged.
Animal Handler is mandatory. 10 expertise is important as it improves the biggest part of your dps by a lot: your pet.

Imp revived pet is not going to help you in dps at all. Neither will Imp mend pet and you really only need 1 point in go for throat
Not trying to flame you if it seems like it, but Imp. Revived Pet keeps you using less mana if your pet dies, Imp. Mend Pet also keeps your mana high, and together you're saving quite a bit more mana for pew pew rather than AotV + revive QQ. :D
However, with Bestial Discipline, you do indeed only need (And will want to have) a single point in GftT.

I was also wondering about gemming for BM, some say its different then gemming for SV.

BM gets more from pure AP (like MM) than Agility. If you're gemming your gear for BM stick to
Bright Scarlet Ruby
or
Rigid Autumn's Glow
for Hit Rating or
Pristine Monarch Topaz
for AP & Hit.
