Ba'al from SG-1 definitely has to be the greatest villain of all time.

I honestly preferred the Replicators over the Gou'ld. The machine creatures just seemed so much more menacing and deadly then the humanoid opponents.
Meh, I didn't like the total lack of 'human' evilness behind them at first; and then when they did bring that into the plot, I thought it was a bit on the cheesy and cliché side.
Aye, giving them emotions kind of ruined it; but I like that type of 'evil'; the whole colony thing where everything not like them must be destroyed... or turned into material in the case of the Replicators heh.

Yeah, I despised Fifth as a character. Seriously, one of the greatest threats in the Milky Way Galaxy was led by some whiny emo? Seeing him killed was so pleasing. RepliCarter was much more of a vicious Replicator leader than that pansy.

My favorite race has to be the Wraith. For the same reason Adamsm likes the Milky Way Replicators. (I preffer the Asuran Replicators).

I gotta say the most villainous villains ever would have to be the Chaos gods from Warhammer 40k.
