What the OP is trying to imply is that there are more lands than the current map of Azeroth shows because there is a sea to the west of Kalimdor and a sea to the East of Eastern Kingdoms.
As to where 5 continents came from...I have no clue.

As to where 5 continents came from...I have no clue. He's assuming a southern continent as well.
Basically, if you think of Azeroth as a globe, he's suggesting there be Northend at the North Pole, an unnamed continent at the South Pole, Kalimador where the US is, Eastern Kingdoms where Europe is, and a fifth unnamed continent in what would approximately be China or so, with seas seperating the land masses.
Or at least that's how I understand it.

Here's what I'm getting:
In the real world - that place we go while the servers are down? - there are contiguous bodies of water we call "oceans" or "seas" that, despite being contiguous, are named different things because they are separated by the land masses of the major continents.
To the west of Kalimdor is the Veiled Sea; to its east is the Abyssal Maw (or Great Sea). On the eastern side of the Great Sea lies the Eastern kingdoms, and to their east is the Forbidding Sea.
Now it's possible that the Veiled Sea merges into the Forbidding, and there's simply an imaginary line separating the two; however, from a real-world standpoint, major oceans generally don't assume a name change until there is a large land mass separating them into different parts.
So the OP is proposing that there is at least a third continent on Azeroth - let's call it Ecksecksecks - that we have never seen nor heard about, because going from a real-world basis, there would be something separating the Veiled Sea form the Forbidding Sea.
Basically, if you think of Azeroth as a globe, he's suggesting there be Northend at the North Pole, an unnamed continent at the South Pole, Kalimador where the US is, Eastern Kingdoms where Europe is, and a fifth unnamed continent in what would approximately be China or so.
Much more succinctly put than my translation.
Kalimdor would be North and South America, while the Eastern Kingdoms would be Europe and Africa; in our comparison, a third continental divide would have occurred during the shifting of the plates, resulting in Asia being a completely separate continent all its own.

I just want to point out that there is no 5th continent nor will blizzard make one. If you go into ulduar and look at the globe it doesnt show another continent.

I have to say, that "map" my my brain cry in agony. I don't understand what going on there.Being a person that makes maps for a living, I give him some credit. He was essentially trying to illustrate a 3D concept in a 2D space. Its difficult to do in any matter, even more so when not professionally trained and using Paint as your main tool, and further complicated by involving an intangible idea like extra continents.
His second map with Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimador flipped was a good start. People just struggle with adjusting to a new perspective. The same thing happens when you take a map of the (real) world, flip it upside down, and suggest a new point of reference. People get all sorts of confused.

As a complete aside, this is typically why people get space sick, because in zero gravity, you no longer have an inertial referent for "down" and "up". Card's "Ender's Game" plays around with this idea quite a bit.
