Here is what will make the absolute most out of a Destruction-Burst PvP build. Any Destruction build is not going to yield you much in the way of survivability, so you may as well go for the "quick kill" with some utility. Here is the build.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IZdxczIbzZVx0tr0tVuVUse DS for the +15% Fire Damage. Use Fel Domination if you need to get out the Succubus for some quick CC. In addition, you also utilize all of the +stamina and +health talents in the demonology tree. Improved HS for a bit of extra health. The one downside to this would be is you have one "floating point" in the Demonology tree, of which I put it in Improved Imp. The slight boost to Blood Pact is beneficial to groups.
You will not be Dotting with the exception of Immolate. The purpose here is to kill your opponent as fast as possible, or at least in range where your teammates can finish him off. Use Curse of Elements, Immolate, Incinerate, Conflag, Shadowburn(when Imp is sacrificed). Another great tactic is to use Succubus....Seduce, CoE, Soul Fire, Immolate, Conflag, Shadowburn.

Yes, that build has some faults.
Destrolocks are meant to use fire. Immolate + Conflagrate is an incredible combo, which you will find yourself using very frequently. In PVP, i use it whenever i can. If you are not going to take Conflagrate, but do go on to take Shadowfury, dont even waste your time in Destruction.
Remove all the points in Catacalysm, they are simply worthless.
It is a good idea to spam Searing Pain in pvp, with the pvp gloves, you cannot be interrupted while casting it. It is fast, effective, and procs Aftermath often, which you can use to gain distance. If you plan or find yourself using Searing Pain often, take the points.
Regardless if you primarily use Shadowbolt, Incinerate, or Searing Pain, take 5/5 Emberstorm.
Contrary to what some people may say, 2/2 Pyroclasm is not a bad idea. Giving Soul Fire a 26% chance to stun for 2 seconds is 2 seconds the player will not be fighting, or healing. Put the rest of your points in Demonic Embrace.
Here is my build,
Heavy Destro PvP build

You need all over the lower half of the destro tree to really make for the some great procs. The sacrifices you make are instant corruption and smaller HS. As for corruption, don't worry about it. cast and immolate and stuff instead, go for sudden big hits. The smaller HSs is a shame, but it very much depends on your healers really.
