Are the draenei immortal? If not, what are their life spans?

Mostly because they are not dying from old age, but from being killed (yes technically being immortal means you can be killed either, but then thats often over looked)
You did mean "can't be killed either", right? A popular mistake is to think that immortal means indestructible and invulnerable, but it only means - atleast, that's what people most likely refer to when they state it - that you can't die from aging (
Biological Immortality
).
Anyway, as far as it goes in popular fiction (Highlander, for instance), you age till a certain point - adulthood, as you don't get any of the negative parts of age. Velen does look old - yes - but that's only because of the white beard. Who's to say that he havn't had white hair all along? It's not like he's frail and fragile, but perhaps only a bit more slender than the average draenei.
All in all, I'm inclined to believe that Draenei are, in fact, (biologically) immortal.

I would take that as an indication that he does in fact age. Which in turn would indicate that eventually there is a point that they would die from aging. If they were totally immortal, why is it uncommon to see Draenei as old as Velen? Sargeras turned to chaos about 147,000 years ago, accoriding to Wowwiki, why don't we see draenei that age?
I would wager it is because they do die from aging eventually. Velen living as long as he has is uncommon, it seems.

Ah, I didn't see that image, based it on the ingame representation of him.
Yes - that would indeed mean a long life-span, as wrinkles and the like is a sign of decaying life-cells (ok, I don't know, I'm not a doctor or anything).

Heh, biggest reason there aren't many Draenei as old as Velen....... they've been killed on the flight to Draenor then again during the Orc/Draenei war.

Well, could be a Draenei doesn't start showing age till there 30k+ years. After all, other then Velen, they don't really mention how old any other Draenei is. And again, the biggest thing could be that most of his oldest peers and allies died during the Crossing, as they settled new worlds only to have the Legion come screaming in and try to kill them and corrupt the world if it had a natural population.

Well, whatever the case, I'm certain that Draenei age, albeit extremely slowly, but that would mean that they are not totally immortal, even if they are functionally immortal from a normal mortal's perspective.
Also, as to the definition of "immortal," yes, frequently the term immortal is used in reference to biological immortality, being immune to disease and age, but absolute immortality, or true immortality is the inability to die. Just look at the word. Im-, meaning not, mortal, or able to die.
Gods are immortal, because they cannot die.

I believe it depends on the class because all death knights ARE immortal as they are technically undead (They were killed and revived by the lich king), But a normal Draenei is not, but can live for 25k+ years or so, we don't know their EXACT lifespan since the oldest Draenei we know of hasn't died yet (Due to age) so for all, we know they could be immortal it's just rather unlikely. I do know that I believe I read somewhere undead are immortal, if you count their afterlife that is. I do believe Nelfs and Belfs gave up their immortality a bit ago (Or were disconnected from the thing giving them immortality). Troll's lifespan is I believe is around 150-200 years. Nelfs Belfs and Helfs are around 3600 years I believe, Dark iron dwarfs are around 200 as well. The last thing I'll note is we don't know about Worgens specifically because the lifespan seems to be based on what race they transformed from (A Draenei Worgen may have the lifespan of a Draenei while a human Worgen would have that of a human's) so it was quite likely Worgens don't have that of a normal lifespan.
