I think Druids are way OP, you can go from kitty to bear when low on hp and then shift to heal and back into bear/kitty form. You can autocast flight form, plus do plenty of things from fligth like herbalism, etc, without shifting. They have awesome HoT spells and great mana efficency (for the most part). I was downing elites as low as level 25 and still can take quests which require 2 and 3 people solo (as level 71 feral). That is pretty OP. I could never do that on my hunter.
Now, on my DK, that is a nother story. As blood I can easily solo 5 man quests and I am still in quest/instance blues - a few epics, but those are some of my PvP gears. The CoI, Death Grip, self healing, improved damage, runes as well as power for spells/skills? Thats awesome. They can be tanks, dps, AoE dps/tanks - and not once pick upa shield... pretty awesome, IMO.
As far as hunters being OP, I totally disagree. hunters are a unique class in which all specs are ranged DPS. You can't tank, you can't heal, you can't melee - only Ranged. If you have ever played a high level hunter you would understand that even though you may be able to sit back and blast away people but once anyone (I mean anyone, locks, mages, priests) who closes the gap on you, and you are dead. Even if you are able to disengage you are limited by terrain. Any slight incline in terrain and you are screwed. Feign Death is simply an aggro drop (although in PvP it helps with coming off target, but takes next to nothing to retarget).
Anyways, long story short (too late) - yes, druids are OP - but IMO, the most OP is DK (followed by Rogues, which I won't even get into - just ahte them!)

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
There isn't really any OP class right now. With the latest buffs to Shaman healing all healers have their advantages and disadvantages. Tanks are also about even, all able to helpin raids. For dps I'd say Shadowpriests may need a small buff (better scaling) but apart form that the field also seems pretty balanced.
All for PvE, no I got clue about PvP.

After reading the post about it depending on PvP, PvE, etc, I think my experience with OP'ness is mainly related to PvP... never thought of the conundrum of PvP balance vs PvE balance.

Really? The balance of a class is determined by how well you can solo quests?
Um... Yes in fact it can easily be thought of this way. You're trying to say the the definition of OP is that they are Over Powered in every aspect of the game. If this was the case then Blizz would have, and has many times before, tackled this and brought them back in line. It is a giant game of Rock Paper Scissors and yes Paper is OP over Rock and Rock is OP towards Scissors... Player B can tank a 5 man boss. Player A can't. To do that 5 man Boss Player A needs to find a Player B to do the quest... That is very easily a description of OP.
Stop confusing Player imbalance for Class imbalance.
A class imbalance can be greater then a player's skill in quite a few aspects of the game. Every Class is more powerful then another at some aspect of the game... Get used to it and stop trying to imply others don't know what they are doing...

Ever solo nasty elites on an enh shammy? You come out with full health and full mana by the end of it. Shamanistic Rage + Spirit wolves = god mode. You can beat on a shammy all you want when his spirit wolves are out, but you aren't doing to kill him until they're gone.
Boomkins are NOT that good in PvP. They aren't in the top arena teams and they struggle in BGs, even with their ability to heal, they have to keep shifting to do that, exposing themselves with lowered armor and health, depending on the form they take. OTOH, they do well in PvE.
Now, DKs, I do believe are pretty OP. They can mitigate damage well, do good damage/burst, heal for a great deal, and put so many DoTs and debuffs on you that you spend all day cleansing and still have 10 on you.
As for PvP, mages are wicked, and warriors get on my damn nerves too. Charge, MS, Snare, charge, snare, charge, snare, charge....Mages have so much cc, even as a pally in BGs I can't get out of them fast enough to catch them. You stun them, blink, you incapacitate then, trinket, you finally catch them after a blink, they ice block until their blink is back up, then they frost nova and blink. All the while they are just pelting you with ice lance or arcane barrage until you're dead.

Your argument saying that Player B is not OP to Player A and your quoted answer are in disagreement with each other...

Actually, I think you need to calm the hell down and try reading it for what it is... why are you getting so bent out of shape? Ysosrs?
At the same level and gear my hunter could not do half the things my druid can. Does this make them OP? In my mind, yes it does. Why should it be easier for a druid to do some things and another class (for example) it is not? Is that OP? In my definition, yes it is. I think what you are trying to do is look to deep into things and are getting way to excited about something that should just remain a calm and peaceful topic. You want to argue on the internet, go ahead. You end up looking like a !@#$%^bag when you come across as a know it all. Fact is, you had no idea what my definition of OP was, you just assumed. Call my "argument" what you want to, but it certainly is not an argument, nor is it fact in anyones eyes. All I was doing was answering the OP's question; giving my opinion based off of my limited amount of play that I have experienced.
Now, go back, calm down, take your prozac and then you can come back and play.
Another thing is, I began refering to experiences in PvP as well, and I began to realize the problem which Blizzard faces (pointed out by mordicumofrespite) is that when you mix both PvE and PvP you run into imbalance problems... one class will always be OP over another.
Now, once more, calm the hell down, dude... it's the interwebz, don't take it so personal man.

No your post came across as "elitist" and trying to break up my post into an argument full of points when that wasn't my intention...
You think druids are not compared to hunters, and I disagree. Compared to DK's, druids are not OP; on the other hand DK's are OP compared to a lot of classes, Paladins are freakin retarded OP IMO, and rogues suck. I could go on, but the fact is I wasn't trying to argue with you, so if you see me get defensive it was because you took what I said out of context and broke it up and disected it without regard to intent.
You did take your prozac, yes?

Comparing leveling and questing abilities is ridiculous. At lower levels, it's much easier to level Druids and Paladins because we can tank and heal through anything. And we get alot of our top damage abilites at lower levels, this allows us to seem OP at lower levels. However from 30-39 hunters own in pvp and pve.
If your comparison of I can solo something a hunter can't so I must be OP is relavant than spec BM and you can tank most things with your pet. Prot Paladins must be the greatest overpowered spec in the game, because I have yet to see something they can't solo. Have you ever ran into 3 hunter arena team in 5v5 it's like facing 10 people. Same with just about any BG where you are all over a hunter finally and then his buddy comes in and shoots you from 35 yards away. I hate WSG when the horde have 4 hunters. So because I can't kill a hunter who sees me before I jump him. Hunters must be OP, and if there are two working together forget about it. Hunters are super OP. Especially BM can't fear them, can't trap them if they enrage. Nerf all hunters so we can catch up to them. Plus hunters can quest all day and not get a repair bill. I know one hunter buddy of mine who made 5 grand in less than 3 days just questing and raiding. His repair bill during 1 week of raiding was 20 gold. He died in a raid once. Feign death for the win! (/end sarcasm)
Editor's Note: To Summarize are Druids OP: No! Do they own hunters? Yes! We are your counter class get used to it. Now if you want to own a druid go play a shadow priest? They rip us to shreds.

Stop confusing Player imbalance for Class imbalance.
Not a better word said. All classes claim another class is more OP.
I play a druid/rogue and a hunter. The only class i really feared was a paladin (in pvp terms 1v1) and since the recent patch its alot fairer. I dont think blizz has got it much wrong atm, I dont think any class is too OP.
As far as leveling... hunter was very easy, druid got easier as it levels and if you really want to moan about how hard soloing elites is and such try leveling a priest!
Im trying to level one now and hands down is much harder then all the other classes ive leveled.
If any class is OP imo it would be a mage. A decently skill mage will walk the floor with any other class IMO!. There is always going to be arguments after each buff/nerf that some other class is OP. But a skilled player of any class will over come this OP class no doubt as I have seen done countless times. Dont judge a class because you have found it hard to beat, try and find a weakness. Im not a great PVPer but ill give it a go if im getting ganked. In all fairness except from a few patches ago (Paladins) I gave all a decent run when getting ganked or ganking.
As far as PVE goes over the past year I have seen many classes apparently are "face roll" to play join us raiding. Yet the skilled players always top dps. Im not saying that some buffs do not help, but a decent player playing a slightly less powered class can more then make up for the class performance in skill. An OP class may face roll for a short period of time. But a top class player will face roll for longer :)
P.S Sorry for any bad spellings im a bit worst for wear :)
