biggest tip:
read around the paladin forums, the information is all here, just all scattered all over the place
yes, the info is hard to find, but that's all the tip i can give you since your question is so vague
mind clarifying it for us?
maybe ask for a specific number of some kind (HP, MP, etc)

Good source is,

Love my build (41/20/0). Works great both in PVP and PVE Raids.

so, spell rotation
i can't answer that as well as i would like to, but i can say "Holy light over Flash of light" from what other people have told me:

Flash of light is the number one spell as holy, because of the mana cost and the speed. I'm using Holy light to proc Light's Grace.

As holy I also want to recommend getting a heal addon like healbot.
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/3802/
- Try to minimize the addon window to as small window as possible, better overview and shorter mouse movements.
- Remove unnessesary information as char name (replace with class) and mana/rage/energi.
- Configure so you easily see if they get debuffed or are out of range.
And of course Arenamaster

In arena I often bubble as soon as I get CCed to be able to heal. Better to keep team mates alive then keeping bubble as long as possible.
