i noticed a couple things:

your expertise is really low, that's a lot of boss dodges and parries. instead of skipping socket bonuses for red gems, use exp/stam gems. the red rabbit has two red sockets that are good for these.

you don't have T7 bonus - get your gloves asap.

don't gem for parry ever.

expertise > hit always, so never gem for hit.

don't waste JC gems in blue sockets.

if you're rage-starved because the content is too easy, use a low-avoidance, high block set.
