Here's a basic mockup of a talent build that includes all the important early tiers. I left out a few points for Protection tree, place them how you want to suit your style. Also, full 5 points in Imp. Demo. Shout doesn't affect high level bosses (usually). The max. AP reduction you can achieve is 2/5 or 3/5 I forget which. Link -

You aren't going to be high level raid tanking anything like a 25-man until you're either hardcore non-raid geared or fitted with Karazhan gear...so that said, let's go over some useful 5-man/heroic talents as well.
You would be wise to take Imp. Bloodrage to go with Shield Slam (you'll see, =). You can finish out Anticipation 5/5 until your gear improves, but make sure you always have 490 Defense on the character sheet before doing this. Give yourself some breathing room between gear changes.
Take Imp. Shield Block and learn to tank for survival in boss situations. This raid-oriented train of thought means you need to abandon certain talents, starting with Imp. Revenge. Instead, you may wish to pick up Imp. Sunder since it was changed in 2.3 (I'm not sure of the practicality with Imp. Sunder yet but I can't see why you wouldn't want it after the Devastate changes). This leads to Focused Rage and if you go back to review the talent, you'll see the trend appearing here. Lovely talents, I know^_^
I can understand what you were likely thinking when you tried your build (with blood craze, etc) but in practice it would have ultimately led to you either hating prot. or respecing again. Good luck!

That's very interesting...I haven't played since 2.1 so the new Devastate changes really are making a difference (in more ways than one).
Thank you for that info, I'll be sure to read that article for details. =D

You fail to pick devastate... -.-'
Smart..
& Cruelty.
It's apparent you're after increased damage by taking one-hand spec, by not taking Cruelty you're contradicting).
