Any easy way to discover lowbie quests?

Since you lose to see the yellow exclamation mark over the top of NPC quest giver if you are way above the lvl, it makes it very hard to spot the lowbie quests if needed (for rep grinding with UC/TB, etc.)
Any one knows of any setting that can be used to fix this?

Scroll over the person and a grey ! should become your mouse curser. Run up and get your quest.
