I've looked through this entire thread and I can't believe no-one mentioned
Heroman
. Freaking epic, was created by Stan Lee (you know, of Marvel) and he's even a minor recurring character, it's great. Not only that, but also made by the studio who created Eureka 7. Yep.
For all this show is, it's pretty damn impressive.

Heh, Cowboy BeBop: Knockin' on Heaven's Door is the name of the movie.... which throws the entire continuity of the Bebop universe into disarray.

What do you mean?
Suppose to take place between the last three episodes of the series; but the effects of the movie vanish afterward heh.

Heh, currently converting and burning the entire Ghost in the Shell series; both movies, both SAC seasons, and the extras. Still remember watching the previews for it back when I was like 12-14 on the Pay-ver-view channel and trying so damn hard to get my Dad to order it for me.... and so many times he said no lol.

And...... at this point and time, let me go "AH FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!"
Ghost in the Shell Wiki article:
As of 2008, DreamWorks acquired the rights to produce a live-action film adaptation of the original manga with Steven Spielberg. Avi Arad and Steven Paul are confirmed producers; Jamie Moss was originally hired to adapt the manga into a screenplay, but in October 2009 it was announced that Laeta Kalogridis had replaced Moss as writer. The live-action film is set to be released in 2011.God damn it, stop ruining things from my childhood with horrible $%^&ty remake-itis!

Avatar: The Last Airbender. Just..........perfect show. I am still amazed how M. Night could make something so perfect and awesome and turn it into a pile of $%^& down a sharks ass that was in hell made out of dog #$%^.
All live-action adaptions are bad.
Save for a few I think... I mean... there has gotta be something that was done right.
