Probably the best gear you can get without raiding, if you happen to have Jewelcrafting as a profession. There's a bit more dodge than it should be, and only rare gems used, except the JC-only ones and Nightmare Tear.
Checked in Naxx, VoA and Ony, both 10 and 25. Works very well as MT in Naxx/VoA, and does it's work as OT on Ony. Just make sure you don't have whelps at your back (i.e. - stick to wall).
