You could probably get away with it if you know what your doing. I would get the hit robe off the water boss in VH or have the Ebonweave robe made, and either craft the Windripper legs or get the ones from H HoL off Loken. Get the Girdle of Bane from UP and gloves from Kierestrasza(sp?) in the Nexus. Those should all help a ton, especially the belt and robe(should hit cap you, or at least bring you close).

Wowstage is right, but i think your good to go. Imo i think 10 Naxx is easier then some heroics.
I would suggest watching the Project Lore Naxx videos (on this site) to learn the boss fights. It helps to have a visual representation of what to expect.

You are more then ready to roll into Nax. You gearing issues will clear up with just a few drops so don't worry about it. You are on the right track except for 1 thing. You want to put Purified Twilight Opal into your Blue slots. It's just the better choice over all.
I rolled into Nax with 1250 SP 300 crit 120 haste and did perfectly fine. my hit was also less then stellar. Not going in now is just going to prolong the time it takes to get gear. Don't be afraid to roll on cloth gear if your raid lead is ok with it.
Edit: That gearing level is roughly eqivalent to what my entire guild started at gearing wise so if you have guildies with more then that you should be fine. If they all have the same you'll be fine but just don't expect to be able to do a full clear right away untill you get the better gear. If I had to put a minimum on going into Nax I wiould say as close to hit cap as you can get and at least 16k mana pool fully buffed. The rest will fall into place.

Replace the Mp5 gems with purple Spirit/Spellpower gems and you're ready.

Purified Twilight Opal
if you want a link.
Edit: The EJ guide is old unfortunately so not the best source anymore.

What is it with everyone asking if they are "naxx ready" or "hc ready"? What is there to be ready for?
You are 1 guy out of 10. With a good group you can run there in circles completely naked and you would still be able to somehow get through it.
I can understand that question for tanks and to a lesser extend healers (which really shouldn't screw up the instance for others) but as dps it just doesn't matter ...
For the same reason it hardly makes any sense to put expensive gems into blue armor. Scarlet Ruby gives 19 SP, the Bloodstone "only" 14 SP. On my sever the Ruby costs 50g to 60g, the Bloodstone 2g. There is no point in wasting over 50g on gem for blue item that will be replaced after 2 runs anyway for a lousy 5 SP.

Because some of us don't like to be carried through content.
But you have a point with the gems and enchants. Don't waste your money on top of the line stuff for blues; just get what you can for that and save the good stuff for the phat lewtz.
All you need to be ready for Naxx is to be hit capped for spells. That's it. Learn a good rotation and blame any crappy dps on your gear and I can guarentee your raid will just laugh it off and then hopefully give you some epics.

If a dps did really 0 damage I'd agree but since even a badly geared dps will get >1.5k dps out easily (quest greens with cheap enchants can do that). I don't really see the problem. Yea, >2k dps would be great but that difference hardly qualifies for being "carried through content"
