prot paladins and warriors usually go aldor for BP and shoulder enchant, frankly i don't think it matters...
from what i've been experienced through,
i find that aldor = more stablized stats
and that scryers = more crit happy folks
http://www.wowwiki.com/Comparison_of_Aldor_and_Scryer_rewards
i'd go with scryer for a holy paladin though

Honestly, it doesn't matter. I'd go with Aldor because they have a nice tanking chest piece, and you're already a Protection Paladin, so you may be doing that later on.
Your class benefits the least in the choice of "Aldor vs Scyer". Sorry it's not a clear-cut choice. :(

For rogues at least, the Aldor shoulder enchant is ever so slightly superior. You also gain access to a decent sword once you hit 70. The only attractive item from the Scryers for a rogue (besides the enchant) is a superior belt from a Scryer quest chain.

Depends on how you play
Scryers will give you this:

as Aldor will give you that:

it really is a question of choice and Aldor reputation is easier to grind!
