Advice on my Spec (PvP Frost)

So here I am, a new level 80 Mage (my first and only character), and since day one my goal was to PvP in Arena. As I currently stand I'm specced what I
believe
is close to the accepted "best" Frost PvP spec.
What I'd like to know, preferably from those with experience, is are there any comments, alterations, or opinions on my current Frost spec?

To incite some conversation, I have a few questions.
Right now I have 5/5 Arcane concentration in lieu of 3/3 Spell Impact. In reality, the extra 4% damage to Ice Lance/Fireball (brain freeze proc) really don't seem more valuable than the extra 4% clearcasting.
To supplement this point, I was in a battleground the other day where it was basically a prolonged 2v2 situation between myself and a shaman, and an enemy Warrior/Paladin. I went OOM far earlier than I would have liked, and it ended up with the Shaman running and me getting murdered.
TLDR: 2 from Arcane Concentration for Spell Impact?
Secondly, I've seen a few people recommend Precision for the 3% hit. I've been convinced that I want 6% hit for high level PvP, and that the extra 3% from talents would be great, but where do you get the points for it from?
TLDR: Precision 3/3 seems nice, but where do the points come from?
Thirdly, I've got Brain Freeze at 2/3 at the moment, so that I can maintain 1/3 Enduring Winter. Once again, I'm considering longevity. I love Brain Freeze procs, but I feel that the replenishment effect is more useful for mana maintenance.
TLDR: Keep 1/3 Enduring Winter, or switch to 3/3 Brain Freeze? Is Brain Freeze more mana efficient?
Please keep in mind that I literally
just
hit 80, and I'm completely aware that my gear is garbage. I'm working on it.
Thanks.

The reason I decided to go with Enduring Winter is due to this topic.

It's very convincing.
However, you're recommending that I remove the point from Enduring Winter and place it back in Brain Freeze, and also that I take out 2(?) points from Arcane Concentration and place them in Spell Impact.
I can understand the logic behind both of these arguments, but I don't get where the points from Frozen Core come from.
Also, what about Precision?

It's highly advised against to put points into Precision, because you have to sacrifice some very nice offensive passives for it. If you ABSOLUTELY have to, the choice is taking out points from Piercing Ice.
2/3 Spell Impact and 3/5 Arcane Concentration is a preference from mage to mage. If you're having problems with long games mana-wise, then having 5/5 AC is definetely a plus over a measly 2%(It'd be 4% with your spec, because you choose not to grab focus magic) damage from your Ice Lances.
Addressing Enduring Winter, every single mage on the ArenaJunkies leaderboard has at LEAST one point in Enduring Winter. This means their priority isn't the extra shatters, it's only the Replenishment. (I have 3/3 EW myself, and I want to spec out of it because my damn WE is OOM by the time the third Freeze comes up =| That'll change next patch though).
If you think about it proportionately, the difference between 2/3 Brain Freeze and 3/3 Brain Freeze is you get 50% more free fireballs with 3/3. If you think about it though, in the end, you're only gaining 1 fireball every 20 frostbolts. The numbers get a bit more sticky when you hit a DK, his pet, a warrior, and a paladin with CoC though, that's practically instant FoF+BF right there, thinking of probability.
Anyways, for my playstyle (offensive), I'd go with 3/3 Spell Impact, or 2/3 Spell Impact 1/1 Focus Magic, because I don't have mana problems in games unless I'm getting mana-drained in some fashion. 1/3 Enduring Winter, I explained why, and I'd stick to 2/3 Brain Freeze.

Everything You Said
So you're basically saying my current spec is passable, it's more of a personal preference with the Arcane Concentration vs Spell Impact thing?

About 100 damage, with my spellpower anyways (2830), and before resilience.
