Hey.
How can i set number of action bars to 2?
I was using very comfortable combination shift + scroll up, to switch between two panels, but know i forgot, how to do that :(

Do you mean switching between two bars on the same bar as you mention in the second sentence, or do you want to have two bars active at the same time?
For the latter, you can open the game menu with
Escape
>
Interface
>
ActionBars
>
Bottom Left Bar
to enable a second bar above the main bar, or use the other options in that menu for more bars.
