Srsly.... Achis made raiding fu**ing hard, its harder to get into raid than do the raid. I have done Emalon, naxx, Os etc, but i cant find Eoe group because i dont have achi.. In /2 ppl always say: LFM naxx whisper with stats and ACHI etc, SRSLY GO TO PLAY UR XBOX IF ACHIES ARE SO DAM IMPORTANT -.- . Ofc the good side is that after you get achi, you can join any raid even naked :P
i cant even imagine how new player could do any raid whitout guild...
If you would write me in the my you writed here I wouldn't invite you too
ppl in glass houses.....
The achievement thing in princable I can understand but it's doesnt rly mean much.
I have Naxx 25 achievement on my druid, but she's not rly rdy for naxx 25, and I wouldnt pug it cause I know I cant do the job a real resto t7.5 druid can. (maybe as the 5th heal I would).
i nvr ask for a achievements, just stats, and usually depending on how they answer this can be a good indication.
All this crap is for whiny kids who want the world on a silver platter. most of which dont even pay their own sub.

Or, like the majority of people who actually want successful and completed raids, try joining a guild, on my server, very few pugs make it to the end of anything, I've never seen a pug actually down Malygos or anything past the first boss in Ulduar. Lord knows there are plenty of guilds on every server so if you're serious about wanting to experience end game content, why not just join one?
i've done a couple half guild half pug till Mimiron in ulduar-10

Also depends on what you call "pug". I've pugged EoE several times landing in a mix pot composed at 90% from players from several of the good raiding guilds on our server (i'm part of one too but was on an alt). Good gear + knowledge of the fight + leader who is used to lead raids helps to go further than a "anyone who lfg's me pug".

Build your own raids. Start with a 10 man one since a 10-man achievement can give the same result as a 25-man one regarding getting into another raid.
