Srsly.... Achis made raiding fu**ing hard, its harder to get into raid than do the raid. I have done Emalon, naxx, Os etc, but i cant find Eoe group because i dont have achi.. In /2 ppl always say: LFM naxx whisper with stats and ACHI etc, SRSLY GO TO PLAY UR XBOX IF ACHIES ARE SO DAM IMPORTANT -.- . Ofc the good side is that after you get achi, you can join any raid even naked :P
i cant even imagine how new player could do any raid whitout guild...

i cant even imagine how new player could do any raid without guild...Exactly this. PUG's don't want people who haven't been and don't know the fights because then it has a higher chance to fail. If you've been before and can prove it then you more than likely are familiar with the run.

However, people do have alts, and achievements linked do not always mean the person KNOWS the fight (ie; Bought account/Shared account), and vice versa. I agree, eliminating potentially good PuGers by *REQUIRING* an achievement is fairly stupid.
You will always take a chance by PuGing. Sometimes it pays off, other times it doesn't; it's part of the game. If you don't want to pug, join a guild.

ok tell me this. would you rather have pug 10 people that have not done it and explain the fights to them so the raid would take longer? or would you rather have 10 people who know the fights so therefore the raid takes a little less time to complete minus the tanking jobs healing etc. new players are an exception. but as long as your geared for it i dont see why i should not take you as lo0ng as you do your job right.

Well this is just a example of why achieve linking is stupid. I have a guildie who dies every time hes a officer so we always take. But he has no idea how anything goes. But my death knight for example is very geared I never do full raids I just bring him to fights that my guild needs. But fully 213 items and higher but is missing several achieves in naxx and has never done eoe and cant ever get into a pug cause I dont have the achieve.
But I have done a million times every fight on my druid and no one bothers to look at that. Or the fact I dont start raiding till I cant get upgrades in heroics or from badges. And I dont do 25 man till I have done 10.
People need to lighten up this is going down the same path as bc I had geared toon done everything. But couldnt get into a heroic/raid even once I had every crafted item from two different crafting proffession and ever possible dungeon drop from regular. But cause I wasnt 100% purple I couldnt do jack.
Maybe your lack of eloquence is the determining factor. A well written whisper is all it takes to get myself into a raid, regardless of whatever "requirements" the raid leader has imposed.

I have blagged my way into many raids without the achievement even though they say you require it, and no, not with a stupid fake addon, but with stats and an explanation of the fact i've read the tactics, seen videos, and tried the raid before but not completed it in full - or that I have the achievement on my main, etc.
Or, like the majority of people who actually want successful and completed raids, try joining a guild, on my server, very few pugs make it to the end of anything, I've never seen a pug actually down Malygos or anything past the first boss in Ulduar. Lord knows there are plenty of guilds on every server so if you're serious about wanting to experience end game content, why not just join one?

Get a guild or some friends. Organize things yourself.
Wisp them from your main with the achievement so they know you have done the fight. Wisper them with relevant stats and prove knowledge of your character and of the fight.
If you're just complaining, then it's your own fault.
