The healing threat would cover it. Holy Light for 10k (assuming only one target) would generate 5k normally, with Righteous Fury on, would generate around 12k?
Having said that - what sort of gear would you be using? You've got problems with this:
1) If you spec Prot gear, you won't have enough mana to keep the heals up. In which case, you definitely need a Shockadin build for mana recovery. But you'll OOM quickly anyway.
2) If you spec Holy, then you'll be critted to high hell and back. Plus you won't have enough avoidance to survive more than about 10 seconds or so. Casting makes little difference when you only lose 20% block/parry/dodge.
The best way to go would be to use a hybrid Prot/Ret build like
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sZy0xA0uMhszZvf0x0I0Gbh
. This gives you Art of War, so you can instant-cast Flash of Light, Judgements of the Just for mana recovery, and Ardent Defender / BoS / Holy Shield / Toughness / Imp Dev Aura for your survivability. Let another Holy pally bring Beacon if necessary. Key problem - not enough SP to make a difference. But it minimises some of the problem (2) above.
Or spec further into Ret and get
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sZA0xA0uMZvf0x0I0GdIbc
. Then you get Sheath of Light, meaning that you'll do big insta-Flash heals with a HoT component.
Either way, it's still unfeasible.

Heals cause 50% threat of normal white damage I think.

Should be scaled up by Righteous Fury though, since they're Holy spells.
Edit: But only on the heal component. Overheals don't count.

PvP gear would be the best option. Still makes you crit immune while providing high stam and spell power, and some int.
PvP gear and spec probably, but i dont think the threat could ever be enough to tank.
Edit: On a side note, i've happened to heal with Righteous Fury on at Sarth 2d. I was a "gathering totem" for elementals that popped, and i had a tank to pick them off me.

The ret/prot build will not work, the example you used for art of war is flawed at best, as it only procs from divine storm/crusader strike hits.
The second reason is that you won't have enough tools necessary to tank if at all you can with these specs.

Art of War
- Increases the damage of your Judgement, Crusader Strike and Divine Storm abilities by 10% and
when your melee attacks critically hit
, your next Flash of Light or Exorcism spell becomes instant cast.
Last time I checked, auto attacks are melee attacks. And Judgement counts too (I believe). With a 30% crit rate, you should get a proc rate of one every 3 GCDs or so.
I already agree that it's unfeasible. But with the strategy the OP asked for, that's the best we can do. The hybrid Prot/Ret build still keeps Holy Shield, and you'll still have Shield of Righteousness. The only thing you're missing is Hammer of the Righteous, which is only really needed for AoE tanking. It'd be possible to have a 9-6 rotation with Flash of Light substituting for HotR and ShoR if the procs warrant it. It's not practical, it's not that feasible for anything past heroics, but it's doable. It's just not quite doable the way the OP wanted.
Edit: In fact, not only is it possible, but you could get higher boss threat by using an instant-cast Flash of Light rather than HotR, depending on the amount of spellpower you had on.

AoW procs off of white crits.
It also procs off of Divine Storm crits, and CS crits, and judgement crits. But it does proc off of autoattacks.

When doing the
Zombiefest!
achivement, i used RF and healed myself (as prot) to hold aggro while not dying from zombiedamage, pulling all 100 zombies myself, kiting them all to an ally, and then proceeded to consecrate, holy wrath, profit.
RF + heals made the healer beeing able to heal me without getting aggro.
Great success!

Sorry, I made a misread, but even then as a tank you won't crit a whole lot to make it a real difference. This spec is still not viable for tanking, you'd need to go full prot to be able to tank heroics+. Basically you get more mitigation, and more holy damage abilities, which is needed to hold threat, and the silence helps us a tad bit. The current specs this guy has displayed shows no abilities that will help hold aggro on these days of tanking (no other holy damaging attacks besides judgment and Cons, exo is out of the question due to the rare Art of War procs in tanking gear.) While unique builds are nice to see, you won't be able to either stay alive, or hold aggro with the prot/ret specs.

Oh, the spec certainly isn't viable for tanking, was just correcting on the AoW procs.

Unless it has been changed recently, paladin heals cause 1/2 as much threat as other healers, which means a 10k holy light causes 2.5k threat w/o RF. Also, that 2.5k threat is split between every mob in the area.
Edit: It is possible to heal-tank adds depending on the mobs. I've done it in OS as well as heroics and some mobs in naxx.
You must be one lucky sucker not to crit slammed to death. :D
