it's an aoe tanking spell.
I have never seen dps dks use it in raids, so I'd say you don't need it on your toolbar.

Use it by all means just not at the start of a multimob pull, otherwise it can lead to another chapter in your dissertation on the decor of dungeons in wow, just give yer tank 5-10 seconds to get a bit of threat up.
