So am I exaggerating, or do warlocks have the most user-friendly board here on wowhead?
Certain @#$%^&*s got fed up with answering the same questions over and over, and made those threads so they could chastise the newbs with cleansing fire for not consulting the numerous stickies.
Just kidding, I love you guys (even if I don't agree with you on some points). Honestly though, things get pretty heated in here quite often; I'm not sure if I would call this the "friendliest" board as much as "The most Helpful" board (as useful information often comes out of people mid flame-war). I'm trying to break my bad habit of using a trillion ellipsis per sentence, and using complete (or mostly complete) sentences on a forum feels weird.

That's because we're the most persecuted class both in lore and in gameplay. We locks have to stick together.

Druid boards have a lot of information too... and compared to some of the other forums i've seen we've got a pretty friendly atmosphere, and a few... "wisemen" for lack of a better term for each of the specs.
half of the druids have 80 locks though (i just joined the ranks) so i guess it would make sense.

Locks arent FOTM so all the rerolling kiddies stay away.
Sounds about right?

The guides on this board are a large part of why I chose to play a Warlock.
And I'm also thinking about rolling a Druid (probably not until Cataclysm though). Weird...

there's definitely a lot of warlocks who also play druids. seems to be mostly resto druids also.
...maybe i just notice it more because i play a warlock and a resto druid, though i also play a DKtank and i see no correlation there so perhaps there is a basis for it.
edited for an errant apostrophe!

Dots and Hots. Warlocks and Druids were meant to be together.

well i think it's a good thing to have a tank, dps and healer. it means that when you say things like "if your tank can't hold that threat it's because he's terrible" you know what you're talking about... at least a little ^_^

I have toons of every class at 60+, but my 'lock will always be special as it was the first to 80.
But the alt I play most when I'm not on my 'lock is my druid.
They're just so flexible, is there any other class that can tank, heal and DPS without needing a third spec?
