Honestly, Arthas is more like Mordred then Arthur, espcially the whole "Killing the Father" thing.Ah, but Oedipus did it before Mordred did!

Yeh, I can see the corralation... Arthas is like the King Arthur if it had gone horribly wrong, and yeah I can also see the reference to Terenas being Uther (Pendragon not The Lightbringer) and Jaina being Guenhyvere, and everyone was like Frostmourne was in Ice not stone...it's called symbolism, people! But yeah, this is like the alternate universe version of Arthur, that being said is the Scourge the Saxons? 0.o And the fallen Kingdom of Azeroth Rome? Or Is Lordaeron Rome? Depends if you're talking about the classical story of arthur or the more recent notion that he was a Roman, I guess.

Hence my reference to Arthas as Mordred, the one meant to destroy the kingdom of Camelot and his father.
