A Compromise for Ret Pally Burst

Can anyone please post this in the Damage Dealing Forums? I was acting dumb and i clicked decline for the agreement for posting T_T. So i can't post it. Maybe you can tell me how to resolve it?
Okay, so we all know Ret Pallies Burst like hell in damage (Plus OP Stuff) and Blizzard intends on Increasing its sustained damage and DPS in raids. Here is my compromise.
1) Make Judgements/Seal uncrittable :]]] Okay make it uncrittable and instead Tweak each Seal's Damage and Judgement scale a little bit higher.
2) Change Fanaticism to increase damage of Seal/Judgement by 3~6% damage each rank and the threat is unchanged.
3) Change Vindication to Decrease 5%/10% Attributes instead of 10%/20%.
4) Righteous Vengeance Change: "When Your Judgement does Damage , you cause Righteous Vengeance. Your Righteous Vengeance is stackable. For each Righteous Vengeance stacked, your Seal Damage/Divine Storm/Crusader Strike Hits for 1/2/3% more damage.Can only stack for 3~5 Times? Righteous Vengeance lasts for 15 seconds."
5) Crusader Strike Change: An instant strike that causes 40~60% weapon damage? It now scales with 80 ~100% of your Spell Power.
6) Exorcism Change: Exorcism is a Damage-Over-Time Spell Now. ( Can't be used on players and player controlled pets/minions) Exorcism Damage-Over-Time can critically hit. *Still Scales 15% AP and SP*
7) Art of War Change: Increase the Damage of Your Crusader Strike, Divine Storm, and Exorcism by 5%/10%. When these abilities critically hit your Flash of Light cast is reduced by .75 Seconds/1.5 Seconds. Also, when your Exorcism critically hits, you are filled with Holy Energy. Your Divine Storm Duration is increased by 5 seconds. You can also move while having this buff. Buff is consumed after use. (It's like a Bladestorm copy. Sorry, but I'm not letting this through PvP.) Well for people leveling and speccing into this ( W/O Divine Storm), people would be gaining holy power for nothing if it crits, so make Rank 6 and above Exorcism crittable.
8) Judgements of the Wise: Same Effect, but if your target absorbs your judgement you gain 5~10% of base mana.
9) Glyph of Exorcism change? Increase the critical strike chance of Exorcism by 10%-15%?
10) Crusade Change: Name is changed to Dancing Seals. "Increase the Damage of Your Seal of Command and Judgement of Command on Humanoids by 5/10/15%, while the Damage of your Seal of Blood/Martyr and Judgement of Blood/Martyr on Demons, Undead , e.t.c.(All PvE Raid Mob Types except humanoids) are increased by 3/7/10%. Your Seal of Blood Recoil is reduced by 3/7/10% and Judgement of Blood by 11/22/33%."

Ret burst may be a bit crazy right now, but it is all the class really has. Ret paladins are surprising easy to kite, and have NO interrupts of any sort. As a geared resto shaman, the only time I am actually afraid of paladins is when their avenging wrath is up.
If you propose to make these changes, you would need to add in an interrupt type spell for the ret class, they only real way they deal with healers is by bursting them.
Also: vindication is fine, it does not need a nerf. It is not that ability that is causing problems. Shealth of light is also fine, it is integral to a paladins survivability.

People complaining about ret are probably fighting them in 1v1 situations or facing them as a dual dps group. As a healer, I feel ret isn't too bad, sure the frontloaded burst is big, but most healers will be able to handle that 1 big burst. I won't deny that ret can take most melee classes 1v1 with ease, but that doesn't really make them OP imo. They are by far the easiest class to kite.
If you nerf the burst, they would need something big to help them out (snares/anti kiting or MS). Atm, they are like DK with slightly higher burst potential, but FAR less utility. If anything, DK burst should be nerfed more considering the fact that they have far better utility with 2 types of snares, a silence, and 2 interupts, ghoul stun and panic buttons against both melee and magic attacks. Their damage is high enough to almost rival ret too, and ret is really the only melee class that can face them head on atm, so nerfing ret would make DK even more powerful.
Basically, i feel no nerf is needed. Or if one is made, it should be made after a DK nerf is made. Ret is the closest thing to the only counter a DK has.

I'm a ret paladin and i don't like any of the suggested changes. Some of them a pretty dumb.

I would be happy if the damage was toned down, cut by half if needed, in exchange of:
1) more control over it
2) a WAY HIGHER general skillcap (utility follows the faceroll FCFS rule too often aswell)
3) some sort of "combo system", like DKs with diseases, or mages with shatter etc (this connects the previous points)
4) bug fix for JotW (if the talent will survive the supposed revamp) / absorb bug
5) a snare useful for other classes then just us (nothing like string or crippl, something like 90/85% or so)
6) some sort of "stance", that grants us the access to an extra set of abilities at the cost of our healing spells (like shadow priests)
