The 2-h white hit cap vs a boss is 8%.
The DW white hit cap vs a boss is
27%
The "special" (yellow melee based attacks) hit cap is 8% vs bosses for DW and 2-h.
The spell hit cap vs a boss is 17%.
Due to the DW white hit cap being bery large, it's advicable that DW only aims for the spell hit cap (keep raid debuffs such as IFF and Misery into account, aswell as spacegoats :)).
Thus for DW the suggested hit you should be aiming for is ~11% (assuming virulence).
Okey, now Nightdawn:
Lichborne is oftenly not included for pve dps, it's more or less a pvp talent now since it doesn't reduce you chance to be hit by 25%.
Killing machine for specs which doesn't include FS or HB is a waste, an auto-crit IT is very minor. Thus, KM ought to be excluded in your build.
Never fill in only 1/2 points into reaping, you either max it or loose it.
It's currently not recommended for you to DW (and any DW build should include Nerves of cold steel) due to issues in scalability and the gear requirements needed to push respectable dps.
But should you insist on DWing because you're like most of us (play to have fun ;)) then I'd recommend something down
these lines, points shiftable from IUP and reaping to necrosis depending on rotation and purpose for your build (IUP is great for ulduar +). GF can also be skipped (if you're having trouble mixing it into your rotation, it looses alot of value).
Do keep in mind that with a respectable 2-h and proper build, you're more or less guaranteed to do higher dps as 2-h than DW atm (they're working of buffing DK DW)
