How we do the arena :
Put all your melees there, 2 tanks, 4 healers (we only 6 on this fight). If you have to put casters keep the ones with more armor (shamans, moonkins). Keep a shadow priest there to MC a warbringer once Thorim jumps down : it's a bit difficult to manage with the electrical cones but is worth it for the haste aura on the whole raid.
Stand all in the centre of the circle, you'll all eat the hammers and whirlwinds but agro and dps will be much easier (both tanks have all mobs in range and aren't losing time moving around), and if a clothie takes agro on a mob it'll still get hit by the normal threat rotation of the tanks (also the champions won't charge).
2 tanks, one aoe threats everything and the other focuses on the champions.
Have a 2-3 dps team on the Evokers (we usually put dps war + enh shaman, assign a third if they don't have enough dps to keep their numbers down), the rest focuses the champions (you don't want more than 1 whirlwind per champion), and when the champion is down aoe the rest.
It's also important to keep the warbringer numbers low too since their aura stacks. 4 is the numbers we were usually wiping at because of too much damage taken.
The commoners just go down through incidental aoe or plain aoeing.
