Your spec is fine. Glyph wise... drop spell reflection for revenge, drop last stand for cleaving.
Your gear is of heroic entry level so with a slightly overgeared healer you won't have a problem there. In terms of learning to tank, I'd suggest the best way is to ultimately learn by doing. Watch some video guides, see how it's supposed to be done then throw yourself in at the deep end, inform the group that you're a new tank and ask they go easy. People are generally quite accommodating if you give them the score ahead of time, and there's only so much you can learn without actually doing.

One thing I always suggest to 80s in my guild that want to Dual spec into tanking to help out, is run some regular 80 dungeons. Your gear might be heroic level, but your skills aren't yet, and a regular dungeon is a LOT more forgiving than a heroic, even an easy one like UK or Nexus. So find a levelling healer, or one in your guild that is willing to help out, and jump into Halls of Lightning or something of the sort.

My rotation for tanking single targets is: Charge(or Heroic Throw, backing up and charge when it's safe too), Shield Wall, Shieldslam, Revenge, Heroic Strike, Devestate whenever Shieldslam or Revenge isn't up. As long as you have the HS glyph, throw a Heroic Strike after each revenge, in endless rage situations, I spam the crap outta HS. xD Each time I use another attack I throw a Heroic Strike.
One thing to remember is Shield Slam is a huge hate gain. If your tanking multiples, tabbing though to another mob (marking everything helps for learning that you're on a new target) and shield slamming will help keep stuff glued to you through aoe damage. Along with spamming Shockwave and Thunderclap.
Demo shout & Thunder Clap should be on bosses at all times. It's not hard to work into your rotation, and will keep the hits coming less frequent and reduce the mob's damage.
Get Omen, will teach you how fast certain classes chase you on threat. Popping vigilance on a high threat ally will make your job easier.
Kinda random, but I believe all concrete tips.

Don't drop Last Stand for Cleaving if you are ever planning on raiding, it will be very helpful.
Your gear is fine, around the heroic dungeon level, just get some enchants, and sockets, and you will be fine for more advanced heroics like H UP! :)
I would give some pointers on the spec, but I'm not the best with specs. Hehe!
You have to pop last stand every 2min when you're tanking.... wtf?
In ulduar having a 2 min cooldown on last stand is useful
Not really. I originally started out with a standard DW spec and a 5/15/51 Imp Demo / Imp Disciplines build with Last Stand and Shield Wall glyphs. There was never a use for it and I ended up taking an Arms spec so I can at least be useful in those situations where I am not needed as a tank.
So no, a 2 minute last stand really isn't useful, even in Ulduar.

If you're having to use last stand every 2 minutes your healers are doing something very wrong. The only Ulduar encounter I could see it being useful for it Thorim, pre-empting unbalancing strike and, well... we use 3 tanks for him, start popping CDs to avoid getting instagibbed at around 50% and I still usually finish with at least 1 cooldown available.
You're right to an extent, Porcell, however it's an amazing glyph for heroics. As a new player I'm pretty sure that's all he's going to be seeing for quite a while. There are plenty of situations (including in Ulduar) where it's useful, however as warriors will end up needing to tank more than 2 mobs at a time: Razorscale, Thorim's gauntlet (and the arena for that matter) and Mimiron phase 3 all stick in my mind is places where a warrior is going to need to deal with 3+ mobs by themselves.
