Question mark. I don't even know what you're trying to do here. First off, the 51/13/7 Blood DPS using OB is outdated, as DS trumps OB as of 3.1. You have points in retarded dps talents, like Blade Barrier and Vampiric Blood, and Imp Blood Pres. is iffy. Swap the 3 points in Blade Barrier to Death Rune Mastery, and the points from Imp Blood Pres. and Vampiric Blood over to Bloodworms. I have tested these, they do not randomly aggro stuff in dungeons.
As for the last 20 points go, Distribute them as follows
2/2 Runic Power Mastery (for DS glyph)
2/2 Vicious Strikes
3/3 Virulence
2/2 Epidemic (Allows for a more flexible rotation)
3/3 Morbitiy (Main RP dump)
3/3 Ravenous Dead
5/5 Necrosis
Your final build should look something like
this. (glyphs included, the third minor is up to you what to put in it)
Note: I prefer Mark of Blood more than Rune Tap, as it helps healers out on stuff like the Guardians on KT, by keeping the tank's health up a little bit higher, but Rune Tap just gives you more survivability. However, a DPS by themselves can't do #$%^. A dps and a tank who is still alive can. Death Strike should be more than enough to keep you up.
You will use the glyph of disease to refresh your diseases on the main target, making your rotation look something like this.
IT>PS>HS>HS>DS>DC
HS>HS>PST>HS>DS>DC
I'm not expert on timing, so the Pestilence might be hit before the third Heart Strike, or even after it. If you every find yourself waiting on runes to CD, which you most likely never will, weave Death Coils in, but try not to dump RP right before a Death Strike.
