Just
these. (ignore that one of them is a tank weapon, while leveling speed and dps are almost all that matter) Weapons are, by far, the most important piece of gear you have while leveling.
Other than that, there's a *fun* (but not very useful) trinket in Dragonblight that casts a lightning bolt every fourth spellcrit you do.
And try to get the totem rewards from the Grizzly Hills PvP daily area.

I've so far done the Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord, Dragonblight, and am halfway through Grizzly Hills (I'm going through doing the quest achievements, I'll probably be 80 by the time I hit Sholozar), and I have yet to change my weapons, my totem, or my trinkets, all of which I got in the Borean Tundra.
My main hand is the Borean Smasher that already got linked, while this is my off-hand (
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37032). I probably won't find an upgrade for my totem (
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37575) until I start raiding, which is both a function of it being a pretty awesome totem and that being a slot Blizzard hasn't made much for.
As for the trinkets, I'm honestly just being stubborn. I could've upgraded them by now, but I really like both of them, and I prefer proc trinkets to use trinkets, and I haven't found any that really strike my fancy. I'm also a sucker for crit, so I'm still rolling with (
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37559) and (

I think there's a couple slots that may also still have whatever I got from BT (bracers and cape, I think), but those will be upgraded as soon as I find something better. And some point soon, I need to scrounge up a group and do the Amphitheater of Anguish questline for the Crimson Cranium Basher, which looks to be all kinds of awesome. My resto set (which I assembled entirely from HF quest rewards with occasional upgrades) is sad I'm not going for the Screw-Sprung Fixer-Upper, but dammit, I need that giant hammer! If only Blizzard had made something else with that model that was Enh viable so I could dual wield those mothers.
Edit: Also, I forgot. Questing in the Borean Tundra netted me a rather nice neck piece I've held onto:
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38226In short, head to the Borean Tundra first thing. It's chock full of great equipment for enh shammies.
