I would assume your speced fury so dw would be better but, I may be wrong about that hopefully someone with more experience will answer you.

Yes, the fury tree is primarily designed for dual wielding, while the arms tree will make better use of a slow 2-handed weapon.
However, at lower levels the difference is not really that big. If you find yourself with a nice 2-hander with a fury spec, don't be afraid to use it. It won't be until you start picking up the talents that really define the tree before it really starts to matter what weapons you are wielding.
