Well, first of all I'd recommend switching over to the standard 51/13/7 Mutilate build, and buying two
LPC
off the AH (should be around 20g or less).
Then, just run heroics as much as you can with tabards for the following rep rewards:
Wyrmcrest Accord:
Bracers
Knights of the Ebon Blade:
Chest
Kirin Tor:
Leggings
Argent Crusade:
Boots
Then as far as enchants are considered, just head over to
www.shadowpanther.net
and click on PVE Enchants, and use the most affordable ones, such as +35AP instead of +44AP for gloves.
Basically with a mix of heroic and rep rewards rares/epics you'll be ready for tier7 raids. Except Malygos.
Oh and stickies.

ralin is unfortunately not entirely correct about everything he just said. The best thing you could do to let us help you is to link your armory, and read the stickies first. It is not as simple as, pick up epics=you win. Some of the Rep reward epics will actually make your dps drop compared to other heroic blues that balance out your stats and help you hit required caps (hit and expertise).
Ralin has also apparently not read patch notes for 3.1.

also, people don't always just begin raiding in epics. The thing of it is, a lot of people began raiding in WoW vanilla, as well as in to BC; these people have FAR more experience dealing with the coordination needed for raids. For people just starting to raid, most start with partial rares still equipped which is perfectly acceptable. The most important part is being coordinated and having atleast a bit of knowledge about the fights, knowing your rotations, and gearing properly, which is a matter of stats, and not of item color or level.

Ralin just tried to give him the most hassle-free way to gearing up. Ralin does not think every new level 80 Rogue has a spreadsheet and knows every different caps. Ralin knows two fasts are no longer the dream muti daggers, but Ralin thinks it's just easier to spend 40g instead of spending more on a titansteel shanker that will get replaced in a short amount of time.

expertise and hit cap FIRST AND FOREMOST.
You are going to want to first hit the "Yellow" hit cap (99). That is the amount of hit required so that NONE of your special moves will miss (mutilate and envenom). The next thing to focus on is your expertise cap which is 26/26. This is important to make sure that your moves are never dodged. As mutilate it is fairly important that your expertise is capped because if your finishers are dodged, than you are going to mess up your rotation and your dps will drop.
Finally, you are gonna focus on your hit rating again to reach your PHC (poison hit cap) which is basically a spell hit cap, because your poisons deal nature type spell damage. The overall cap is around 315, but if you are specced in to precision, you only need around 240 (which most pve rogues should be specced in to). This is to be sure that your poisons are no longer missed on your target. This is important because as a mutilate rogue, a large portion of your damage is gonna come from poison damage.
this is a list of items that have
hit that are obtainable from heroic, early raid, and reputation, crafting and emblems of heroism
