Kill the resto druid first? You guys aren't exactly super durable :P

You need to set up a kill, manawars won't happen if you are quick. As SOON as the druids HoTs wear off, start stunning/cycloning him while your paladin stuns the primary target. The paladin should be using avenging wrath, and from there it is just a matter of bursting the target down before a sufficent amount of HoTs are on the target.
Due to defensive cooldowns, you may need to try this twice, but it will work the second time.
Should you be caught in a mana war, its not so bad anyways, Ret/druid is one of the best comps for outlasting.

I don't think the buff is big enough to make the fight go THAT much longer. Resto druid even in pvp gear won't receive the kind of buff that say a feral druid is receiving from this. Drinking is still going to be the main way to extend a fight. Plus there's plenty of other comps that can remove innervate from us. It's pretty easy to pressure us, all you have to do is switch targets constantly. We don't react to split damage as well as priest or holy pallys do imo (resto's kinda vulnerable to this also) I've encounter prot pally healers more frequently now, and if you don't kill the dps partner on that first, he will never oom, and its far more overpowered then an improved innervate.
Druids are actually super durable. I prefer when people attack me instead of my teammate whos anarm's warrior cause i know i can easily live longer then he will even with the same amount of HoTs on. If they don't attack me, i cyclone their healer. Our weakness is when you split damage between the 2 of us, and i have to decide between trying to top us both off, or setting up a kill with cyclones. This is where most matches are won/loss, at least for me.

It really depends on how the druid is handled. My Rog/War team rips resto's appart by locking them into a stun chain and applying a ton of bleed damage. If your partner tries to save you, my warrior pops bladestorm and splits your healing. Then again maybe I'm a little biased XD
