you might want to have feral 2nd spec if you do dailies with you druid
if you are aiming for arena then you need a pvp spec
and glyphs the pve one wont do it
for bg's pve spec is fine
i am actually resto pve/resto pvp

Keep your resto PVE spec, imo, and just try out the other specs . the easiest transition would be boomkin, only because you're still using a lot of your resto gear, watching your mana, watching casts, etc.. then maybe try feral, but you'd need a good set to fully enjoy the spec.
mess around and have fun with your other spec. if you dont like something, you'll always have ur "core" resto spec.

The Resto pvp spec and pve specs are not different enough that you would want to dual spec into both imo. If your really serious about arena, then you should go with a PvP spec. You will still perform well in PvE. The core PvP talents you need are 2 points in increased barkskin and 3 points in Natural perfection. Natures reach and brambles are both solid pvp skills but not quite as necessary if your looking to strike a good balance between PvE and PvP. As you can see, there is only really 5 points you MUST switch from a standard PvE spec to get those 2 core talents. And most standard PvE specs have about 6 optional points, usually placed in stuff like revitalize, living seed, tranquil spirit or whatnot and can be redirected with ease without a noticeable loss in PvE healing efficiency.
I Switched from my PvE spec to a PvP spec a couple weeks back and I didn't notice any changes to my PvE healing capacity but i noticed a HUGE increase in my arena survivability. My offspec is feral cat dps which is geared pretty well also which is why i didn't consider having dual resto specs.
