LOL :D
Let us know how your testing turns out.
I think you'll find that the haste bonus from Enlightenment to PoH is pretty rad... bringing the base cast of PoH to 2.83 seconds, without a single stack of Serendipity... add a full stack of Serendipity on top of that and it's really, really fast.
Anyway, like you said, it's more of a niche build, but it sure is fun. Anyhow, looking forward to your unbiased feedback. :D
Cheers.
Edit:
To add that the way I play this type of a build I don't use renew much so that I can Flash heal instead and build Serendipity faster for faster PoHing. YMMV, but if you notice a lack of serendipity, you may try shifting your focus to flash heal instead of Renew.

Oh, and you can change your title to "28/43" if you want more people to contribute input to your build. You'd probably get more feedback.

Maybe just an aesthetic change but I think I'd rather max out Mental Strength, DF and HC than have 2/3 Emp. Renew and 1 point in DP.
My build
(which I am tempted to try now in Ulduar on Sunday)

Hey Ig, I wouldn't recommend wasting your Pain Suppression for Fusion Punches on TiC. You should target Steel, watch his cast bar and pre-load a PoM on your tank as he starts casting. The SECOND he starts casting his "Fusion Punch" pop off your PoM and start spamming dispel magic on your tank (best to use Grid or Decursive) so that it immediately dispels it, then Flash Heal. The PoM will take care of most of the damage from the initial hit and your flash heal will top him off.

im usually healing on steel and just pop in a dispel glyph. dispelling is pretty easy with a shield and PoM.Renew ticking.
As fo the build. i like it. tried it last night in naxx for a laugh (alt run) and its pretty fun. PoH is super uber quick to go off.

I've done my 30/41 build (not the Emp Renew focus, so you'd probably see better numbers) on all of those, plus Hodir and Freya.
I personally think that it does really well on Ignis, Hodir, and Kologarn. XT is fine too.
Are you doing the 25 man or a 10 man? We run 3 healers for the 10 man (shaman, Pally, and me), so it's really nice to be able to throw the shields during certain things, but also have the really fast PoH.
You'd probably see the synergy of your build on something like XT or Ignis where there will be guarenteed focus-fire like Light Bomb/Gravity bomb followed by Tantrums, and Ignis with the Hot Pocket! and the Jets + add damage.
In both of those fights you'd get maximum benefit from keeping your renew up on both tanks and also using your shield on dps that get targeted. I guess either of those 2 since those are you options would be my vote.
:D
