Question about my Professions

Lately I've been debating if I wanna drop Engineering since I do not PvP/bg enough to make full use of the Nitro Boosts and the grenades. And the new cloak enchant from Engineering isn't that amazing imo. So I'm deciding if I want to drop it or not to get a profession that would prove more beneficial for raids since I raid way more than PvP.
So that would mean either taking up Tailoring/Alchemy/Jewelcrafting/Enchanting. My other profession is Mining which I somewhat want to keep for money purposes, but I'd guess I would drop it if needed. So, what professions do you guys think I should pick up over Engineering?
Thanks

It depends on what level you are really, I have a Druid at L80 who's an Alchemist. Not only can it make nice amounts of gold, but the Flasks and other potions are never a bad thing, no matter your class ;)

I'd vote for Jewelcrafting.
Me myself is a Tailor / Enchanter, and I quite like to have them both. I was recently thinking about dropping Tailoring for Jewelcrafting to get myself those amazing JC only gems, but lightweave embroidery is quite tasty, and procs all the time.

man i'm glad i wasn't the only one thinking that, i also have tailoring / enchanting, but my enchanting is at 380 right now, too lazy to level it up, so i have been thinking about dropping enchanting and taking up jewelcrafting, but it sounds like there will be a huge amount of gold and time needed to level it.

Thanks for your input guys, I was to be honest thinking about leaning towards Tailoring before you guys suggested JC, mainly because of the Lightweave Embrodiery. But maybe I'll take a look into JC and see if I can handle the costs of leveling it up. If not, I guess I might just go Tailoring.
Thanks again
